Was looking for this yesterday...

Found out a couple of days ago that someone from the club organised 10 tickets to be given to the homeless charity Crisis to allow them to take some of the guests from the shelters they run over Christmas to the Leicester City game. The people that went got treated like VIPs and even got taken down pitch side.

(Rumours that the tickets were dished out via a lucky dip and it was actually those who didn’t get their names pulled that were forced to go are unfounded)

Well at least we've got something to play for (again) this season..
None of those boring, mid table, obscurity matches.
We probably aren't going to win the FA Cup this season, but we're still gonna have some cup finals..

I gotta admit, when you become detached from the West Ham bubble, the circus can be quite engaging. For me I think I am 25% interested in the football these days and 75% circus.

I know this is the positivity thread but I have a horrible feeling that they could put out their ladies side and still beat us.

I'm happy that despite being a West Ham supporter and following the ins and outs of the team I've not opened a vein this week despite the constant provocation.

I have accepted our fate. Both as a team this season and as a club until gawd knows when.
I have embraced the impending relegation, and have given up trying to second guess the effects thereof.

It's cathartic.

Easy money betting on the relegation battle fixtures. You just know that we are more than likely to lose and the teams around us hit form when needed. Nice little 60 quid profit tonight. Done a few lucky 15s and trebles involving us and the other teams over the last 2 nights.
