Hand bags yesterday

Post by Noble Man » Sun Sep 01, 2019 9:26 pm

Anyone see the hand bags after the game yesterday walking towards Carpenters Road just by the Stop/Go signs?

It’s a disgrace people are still leaving their bags lying around given the environmental crisis we face.

Yes. Started with Norwich fans singing the "we wanna go home" song. Our lot took exception and it kicked off.

Stop/Go lot tried to stop it but got told off by their headmistres who told them to get back to their positions.

It then petered out to nothing.

Those Norwich lot are proper odd.

Dunno why our lot took exception, I’d have joined in.

Nice to know the dozy stewards are capable of **** all apart from looking out for water bottles.

West Ham fans take exception to Norwich fans singing, 'Stratfords a **** hole's, a song often song by themselves.

I guess it's our **** hole and only we can say that.

Strange lot West Ham fans.

I noticed that for some reason instead of segregating the crowds and sending the away supporters over the flyover they channelled them into the leaving West Ham support. It's the first time I've seen them do that and frankly it's a stupid thing to do, I'm surprised it didn't end poorly.

I noticed this too as I also walk in this direction.

Thankfully the Norwich fans are pretty harmless compared to other fans. But imagine if that was against one of our rivals!

Where did they send them? Down the bridge by the side of the Podium?

It's not strange at all for our fans to take umbrage to away fans taking the piss. They shouldn't be surprised to get a clout around the head if that was the case for piping up. We wouldn't be surprised if the shoe was on the other foot and home fans didn't take kindly to some good old fashioned west ham away piss taking right in front of home supporters..

Surrounded by loads of Sheff Utd fans on the train from and to the North on Saturday. They weren't thugs, mainly normal fans, and they were talking about our forthcoming meeting "Won't be taking the kids to that one, big boys day out".

Yep, there might well be a few handbags around, both home & away.

I was surprised by the Norwich fans before and after the game all around the 'Island' to be honest. its just asking for trouble to lead them that way, even if we have no 'beef' with them wouldn't take much for there to be problems.
