Fixtures for November are supposed to be out today (Monday), guess that’s not happening

Beats me why they delay it. No concern for match going fans whatsoever.

The next set of Premier League TV fixtures will now be announced on Tuesday, enabling supporters to start planning for away games.

September 17 is the rescheduled date for the November TV fixture announcements from BT Sport and Sky Sports – with four matches possibly moving from a Newcastle perspective.

I wish they'd hurry up as I'm waiting to book flights for the Tottenham game. If it gets moved to Friday or Monday I'm screwed if I book flights without knowing

This is so annoying. I literally can’t plan travel as waiting for Tottenham/Chelsea

Take it with a pinch of salt but apparently it’s our game with Tottenham that is causing the hold up. Key stakeholders arguing over when it is played.

Been said by many before and will continue to be said but it boils my piss the way TV/Premier League treat match going fans.

Can only be the case of switching it to a Friday night if at all as the Spuds have a CL game on the Tuesday so will not be Sunday that week (sadly...as I'm double booked on the Saturday) - here's hoping for a Friday night.

They like to let the trains and hotel people know first so they can double the prices.

Probabley get a cut

I reckon Sky want it on Saturday night 7.45pm, Premier League clubs for obvious reason seem reluctant to use Friday nights after an International Week and I cannot imagine 12.30pm or 5.30pm on Saturday being problematic whereas 7.45pm might be, hence the delay.

The 12.30pm slot belongs to BT and with Manchester City also unable to play Sunday I am guessing Sky wanting to show their game v Chelsea and ours against Spurs are trying to convince the authorities to have games at 5.30pm and 7.45pm on Saturday?

He said Spurs will be a Saturday lunchtime kick off and it is the Chelsea game that is one fixture that is holding things up.
That would kind of make sense as that weekend of November 30th is sandwiched between UEFA fixtures and a full PL midweek programme where every game has been sold to Amazon so I guess that it is proving more complicated than expected for the Premier League to schedule games to please all clubs and broadcasters?

This is a problem of having 3 broadcasters to deal with and the consequences of having all 10 midweek games broadcast by Amazon.

With the Europa matches on November 28th involving Arsenal, Man Utd and Wolves, this means that they have to play their matches on Sunday 1st December. There is no obligation on Sky to pick any of these matches for broadcast on the Sunday and could choose 2 other matches - such as our match against Chelsea. That would mean that Amazon are severely restricted in which matches to show on Tuesday 3rd December.
