Really want to see a strong squad out tonight. Sod resting players, if we genuinely want to win this competition we need to take it seriously.

An underprepared Spurs team were dumped out last night by lower league Colchester. We have to avoid making the same mistake.

Go with the best team and worry about Bournemouth afterwards. If we play a strong side and are winning 3-0 at halftime, then make changes to rest players.

And we just don’t learn. Nine changes from the weekend and we got what we deserved.

Severe attitude problem within the squad to this competition. Multiple changes, lackadaisical approach and clueless tactics.

Annoying, as this is our best chance of silverware every season and we blow it like this.

Sure, we’d always lose to the likes of Oxford, Wimbledon etc but only in the last eight years have we gone out of our way to avoid progressing in the cups. f***, we should have won it in 2006 under a ambitionless **** like Brown.

It has never before in my lifetime been about inevitably losing to dross year after year after year. The year after Newport knocked us out I was at Wembley to see Bill lift the cup. The next year I was at Wembley to see us match the finest team in Europe. We won three games cups, a ECWC. What we have now is anything but the “same old West Ham” and that is a huge shame.

Nah we lost 5-0 to Forest in the FA Cup under Allardyce and it was live on BBC1.

We don't do anything differently to other top flight clubs in cup competitions when it comes to team selection against lower league sides

We just don't handle it very well.

There are no conspiracy theories. We are just very fragile at times

We haven't the depth of the Big Boys who can get away with sweeping changes for Cup games and to think we can smacks of arrogance. It also sends a message to our opponents that we think we're too good for them, as if they needed any further motivation!

Terrible result but I have no issues with the team we put out there tonight.

That should have been good enough and the result is a shocker.

The players failed tonight. We have 3 game's in the space of 6 days which meant players would need resting.

Ironing Board, your man Moyes played a weak team in a QF at Arsenal infront of 7,000 away fans when Arsenal were there for the taking. Just as bad for me when from the outset you show you don’t care about a Cup game.

It doesn’t seem to matter what manager it is or what Cup competition (Europe included) we throw ourselves of it.

We've either got an astonishingly bad squad or we don't care.

We've now gone for 4 against both Wimbledon and Oxford.....whilst beating Man U, Arsenal, Spurs....... that suggests not giving a toss.
