Well, FMOB. I've been watching TV and completely overlooked the footy tonight.

I was watching Grady play for WBA against Leeds so to see that Totts have been annihilated is a wonderful surprise

My significant other is a Spurs fan, she was at the game tonight. I've really had to reel in my dislike of them but, my god, the temptation is strong tonight. To be fair, it's her only flaw, albeit a major one.

There are actually Spurs fans on TS right now complaining about the new stadium and the lack of its atmosphere.

b..but they have a great cheese selection and craft ales?!?

They’re right. Went earlier this season via the in-law STHs, and it’s ****ing lifeless.

Of course it can’t ever be helped by being in the most soulless part of London and having the worst walk to any ground in any borough except Millwall.

Boris Johnson was on the phone to Levy at full time asking advice on the quickest way to get us out of Europe.

Better pretend you didn't know the score before she told you and then look suitably shocked and dismayed. Or be prepared to sleep in the shed for the next week or so. :)

Disagree. There are very rare times when you need to spend a night or 2 on the couch. There's always self service for a few days. These opportunities arise so infrequently in one's life.
