Just said this in another thread but thought I should spread the message and open myself to more hate.

hayden from Newcastle for around 25m 24 years old English wants to be in London. used to PL .

fabianski will be back in January so they wont buy anymore keepers.
Antonio will be back and hopefully still fit so no more strikers
RB is covered by fredericks and Johnson will be back LB we have masuaka and cresswell so no new ones in there.
CB we may look to get one in on loan

so just one player I reckon coming in. hayden would make a difference to rice and the defence.

I don't watch any Championship games - just a highlight here and there, but you can't tell me that there are not 5-6 players playing there who would have more about them then the garbage I have seen here the past month. (Has been said previously I think as well).

I thought that he was the man we should have gone for last summer too -
more suited to the PL and what we needed than Fornals (though I think Fornals will turn it around)

However I think we may have missed the Hayden boat now as he starts almost every match for the Toon these days

And for what it's worth I would definitely bring back Cullen and Diangana and possibly Trott too

You can say that as many times as you want, it doesn't make it true.

He does want to be in London I think due to his girlfriends health issues(London has the equipment/medical practices to deal with it better) but I wouldn't want Hayden anyway.

That's a very specific 20 minute period you're talking about.

I seem to have spent most of the last 40 years of my life writing off seasons and hoping for better the next ... I'm sure now I have less life left than the 40 forthcoming seasons. Something needs to change.

there must be , a combatative , speedy midfielder , currently plying his trade in France, desperate for a chance to play in the premiership ? or are we going to be lumbered with another hapless spaniard or south american ?

Ben Pearson, 24, former Manchester Utd youth player, currently playing well for Preston NE, CDM/CM, not a goal scorer by any stretch of the imagination but a few guys I know that go to PNE rate him.

https://www.lep.co.uk/sport/football/pr ... 1-10040367

Alex Neil said: “After the game I asked Pearo when he had last scored and had it been when he played Under-17s!

“It was nice for him to score and the fact he doesn’t get too many goals is that we ask him to do a specific job for the team which he does very well.

He’s capable of bursting through the middle of the pitch but when he does that it can leave us vulnerable.

“Pearo is best at smelling danger and nullifying it, that is what we want him to do."
