In fairness Hull is one of the few clubs that could claim to be even more dysfunctional than West Ham.

Unless Spurs or Arsenal are interested, we should be in pole position to get him. I’d even be satisfied with a loan deal considering his age.
Giroud is allegedly going to Spurs anyway, but he's prevuosly turned his nose up at us at least twice if not three times - can't see any mileage is pursuing a player than blatantly doesn't want to come here

The previous similarities of Only Fools and Horses with Gold and Sully as Del Boy and Rodney,

now they can say with the Bowen transfer we have been to Hull and back.

Does Bowen take set pieces? We need a left footer with pace if Miyes wants to play with inverted wingers, so it makes sense to get this lad in to replace Snoddy.

From all accounts I've read, and all the videos I've watched, this lad appears to have it all. Yes he can strike a free kick. He's pacy, he puts a shift in, he tackles, he can be creative, he has a great shot, and he has the instincts of a goalpoacher. He's always finding space and in the right place at the right time.

This Villa news has got me twitchy. I've been drawn in like others. I should have given this fantastic site a swerve for 24 hours.

Can't believe some people are comparing Bowen signing to Hugill on Facebook. Bowen's been regarded as the most exciting young English forward in the C'ship for a good year.
There have been a number if comparisons that are just not correct. Hogan is another. Hugill is a serviceable Championship striker, who many of us knew little about when he arrived. Bowen is well know as being a consistently good player in the Championship and I’d consider it a good deal if we got him.

I was there when Jarrod Bowen made his professional debut.
Easter Monday 2014. Hereford United vs Alfreton.
He scored the winner in a 3-2 comeback.

If Bowens dad is a Villa fan then that means f*** all. If, on the other hand, the player himself is a Villa fan then that might be different. Where's this rumour come from though? I've not seen it anywhere.
