Don't take off the special hijack tracksuit pants yet. The easiest way to fill our two problem positions might be just to lurk in Palace's carpark.

It would be a bit naughty stealing Nathan Ferguson from Palace but he does look an exciting attacking full back.

I think the hold up on his transfer from WBA to Palace is due to fitness according to twitter and not any interest from us.

C&H now saying deal not yet completed but hope to get it over the line by deadline. I'm taking that as 11pm tonight and too late to play tomorrow.

I hope DS doesn't try taking the piss last minute.

I live in East Yorkshire and know a couple of Hull season ticket holders. They think a lot of Bowen, then again, they thought a lot of Jimmy Bullard as well...

Tottenham are willing to allow Kenya midfielder Victor Wanyama to leave the club - but only if their £8m asking price is met. Celtic are interested in the 28-year-old. - Mirror Sport.

Ally McCoist on Talksport this morning were saying that this could free up one of the Celtic players to come to us... Didn't get the name though. Sorry

If it's due to fitness issues then it's nailed on that he'll end up with us.

Isn't Bowen a left footed right winger? We've got one of those who's tearing up the championship.

deadline is 5pm isn't it?

massive coup for us if we get this done. don't want to think about how much money are going into various middle men and agents' pockets because he's exactly the kind of player who should be on any premier league club's radar. a £20m punt on a young english player smashing them in for fun in the championship is something the likes of man u could do without even having to think about it.

How do you think we're funding a move for Bowen?
