Do not recall Diangana.
He is getting excellent experience playing week in week out.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020
There is no precedent for this board spending big on a goalkeeper (record is £5m), so you can rule any such thought out straight away.thejackhammer wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 12:39 pmIf by the time he's 23 the club believe Trott will be first choice then they won't want to spend big on a goalkeeper.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020
Moyes shouldn’t be in charge of transfers anyway. Any analytics done (even our club has them) and scouting should remain in place.
We should hire a DoF in the summer (at the latest), one who has no relationship with our board or manager.
Being in charge of transfers just shouldn’t be down to a manager. It’s just too much work, frankly. Input, definitely, and they should be in conversation to express where they feel the squad is lacking, but they should run team affairs.
Moyes would be mad to turn down the players we’ve been linked with, anyway. Even Gabigol, a weird signing, should be welcomed as a coach. All he should ever want is the talent available to work with.

Completely agree, and I cannot work out why people keep asking for him to come back?? Let him enjoy the regular game time and build confidence or bring him back to sit on the bench for most of the remainder of the season and potentially miss out on another 5 months of quality experience in the championship for a team pushing for promotion. Pretty easy answer in my opinion

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020
My point re: calling Diagana back is completely related to signing Barbosa. Why on earth would we spend £20 mil on an attacking modifier, when we have a homegrown one out on loan? His experience will be pointless to us next season; if he finds himself further down the pecking order and has to spend more time on the bench as a result. If we’re getting rid of Yarmo and are thinking of replacing him with Barbosa, I would prefer to save the £20 mil, spend it on a much needed CM and recall Diagana instead of wasting money on a punt from SA just because he has a sexy name.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020
Moyes says we want a keeper and midfielder in press conference though he doesn't sound overly involved.
Re: The January Transfer Window 2020
Berge and fernandez literally transforms us,
Its the youth, energy we have been crying out for years.
Doubt it will happen but even being linked with them at least shows the oenny has dropped finally.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020
When he played for Inter, he was usually a wing forward. Maybe that’s why he didn’t do so well there. I haven’t followed him over the last couple of years, so I could definitely be wrong.
