cracking game going on in Madrid

Atletico vs. Athletic Bilbao

1-0 right now but could easily have been 1-3 - Oblak making a couple of brilliant saves - plus a "possible" stone wall penalty not even reviewed on VAR

Spent 450 mil in the last three years.... Inherited a squad that came third, that won the Europea League, that lost a final to City on pens. Big issue with Lampard is his sides let in goals, did the same at Derby. While adding Pulisic one of the most highly rated youngsters in Europe.

That's a big win for Brighton today, conceding still but getting the three points, as they've been getting plaudits but not really results.

That's also the same bang average Everton they managed to beat, who we put zero effort against and they should've thrashed us last Saturday. Says a lot about us doesn't it!

i meant he did not have the option of splashing cash in T/F window and therefore had to use the “ squad he inherited” most managers would have after selling Hazard etc.

Because Hazard was massively over rated as I said repeatedly....

Palace starting to feel the affect of playing the big teams in this fixture run

VVD this season is showing his real level which is class but last season was a mammoth and impeccable, this season been more as you expect

Liverpool have started conceding lately, they;'ve been found out a bit, off form or VVD was a talismanic mammoth last year and is showing his real form this year which is still utter class but the brick wall of last year which wasn an anomaly.

Zaha booked for diving, VAR gives a pen, Milivejic scores. Zaha diving for a pen, well I never.....

Oh FFS, I give up with all this diving and now being rewarded, might as well train your players in the swimming pool rather than football pitch

Just the 110 goals and 73 assists in a Chelsea shirt. Bang average . Someone with his stats and some of the performances he’s put in at an elite level simply has to be rated...

Crystal Palace with another penalty...with their experience of them I think Germany would be underdogs in a shootout against them.

Even that shitty Man utd side are above us in the league :o
After 10 games 6-17 is incredibly tight .Norwich Watford and Southampton have been poor but as we know anyone can get dragged into trouble at this stage.
The Palace and Sheffield united results really were poor .

I feel like the media dictate where VAR goes.

Last week, “not a single penalty awarded with VAR, this week x3 in 45 minutes.

Wolves in injury time had a nailed on penalty not given by VAR, think it was Jimenez basically had his shirt pulled off and hauled to the ground, no pen though, bizarre.

Puel with another win most likely at St Etienne, the bloke is a great manager, boring as hell footbal but gets results

Liverpool given a penalty - wow no shock there then ?

TAA not given a second yellow- couldn't have complained if he did (but of course they all would)
