I don't know why the link doesn't work

perhaps it's via email invite only?

Found that as well when I waited for the page to load and selected that link. The one I provided was the direct URL from the email I got.

The questions around fan engagement and how the club treat supporters, I might have marked them down....

yes it does but they took our home away and gave us a new stadium full of problems

it's worth the effort

Well, it worked for me and I didn't have to log in, but after answering 10% of the survey it declared:
Thank you for trying to participate. Unfortunately you do not qualify for this particular survey. Kind Regards, PopulusLive Survey Team
I haven't attended the OS in the last 12 months.

Done, I didn't enter my post code because you know that they will hold it against you.

Also you can't really answer the questions on the away games bit, as there are 19 different stadiums all with pro's and con's.

Done it.

Really though?

Does your gender identity match your sex at birth?

What relevance could that possibly have?

Thanks for flagging it Phil. A good opportunity to put our views to the management.

My final comments were.......

My football club is being milked every year by GSB for the premier league prize money. They have no long term plan for the teams development and seem to be perfectly happy with our lot as long as we stay in the PL each year. Cup games are important to the fans, even if they dont care about them! Finally, stop leaking stories to the press about the security of our manager and team. Dont treat us like mugs. Rest assured we are watching you with the the stewardship of OUR club, even though you dont want to honestly engage with the fans...... COYI!!! :D
