Our home support is ****.
Same thing happened against Newcastle. Hardly anyone left in the stadium to give the team a lift when they need it.
We complain about lack of atmosphere and blame the stadium but how comes tottenham fans fans can make a noise?
Fed up with this entire ****ing club to be honest

Re: West Ham United v Tottenham Hotspur: Match Thread 23/11/2019
A late flurry doesn't paper over the cracks.
Once again practically everyone bought in since last summer was horrific. Diop, Anderson, Yarmalenko, Haller all of them look like fish out of water. The rest weren't much better although Sanchez did okay to be fair along with Rice and good to see Antonio back. Get him up with Haller and take one of the ineffective powder puffs out.
Roberto is without a doubt the worst keeper to play in our colours and possibly the PL. This lazy piece of "f*** it, he'll do" scouting could relegate us.

Personally would go 352 next game with Haller and Antonio up top, looked a lot better with two up front

That's probably the truth. I reckon it would have been fifty-fifty that he'd have been getting his P45 on Monday otherwise.brothernero wrote: ↑Sat Nov 23, 2019 2:26 pm Those 2 goals back have just saved MP's job for another 2 or 3 games at least.
I'm actually quite pleased that Diop is suspended for the Chelsea game. He's been a ****ing liability for the last few weeks. Hopefully having Antonio up front will breathe a bit of life into Haller who otherwise looks like a waste of 45 quid let alone 45 million. Anderson is another that wouldn't get into a pub team at the moment and Fornals isn't getting any better. Not exactly the best use of over a hundred million is it?
Fat Frank can probably hardly wait for next week.

For once I agree with you.

So many players lacking confidence. Anderson in particular closely followed by Yarmalenko are so far off their game it’s ridiculous.
The most interesting part of the Antonio 2nd half phenomenon was how it raised the games of Haller and Forlans.
Special mention to Snodgrass, created the most chances and covered more distance than anyone on the pitch (11.4km)

Antonio makes a big difference.
Rice and Ogbonna really ok.
Good we all of a sudden could take a free kick for the team (very rare earlier).
Haller Little more involved. (But lacks form)
Demands more of the rest, including Noble and Yarmolenko. And certainly Pellegrini who really should use more pace with Holland and Masuaku.
Even if Roberto is one of the worst keepers we’ve had it is really awful to hear our own supporters bug him during the game. Shame actually.

Whoever recruited the 'keeper should be sacked this evening.
Re: West Ham United v Tottenham Hotspur: Match Thread 23/11/2019
Again there nobody in the middle of the pitch for us. The only time we venture out into the middle two-thirds is when Rice ran with the ball in the first half. I mean it was good that Noble dropped deep to receive the ball this game, but the likes of Snoddy, Cresswell or Fredericks needed to fill into the space to create some vertical linkage.
It's yet another game where the opposition's goals were either savable or the result of individual mistakes. Diop completely lost him man. I mean it's another goal where our defenders weren't even in position to properly jump for the ball(everyone still remember that Newcastle goal where Rice was stuck to the ground letting them nod the ball back into the middle?). Those type of clearances are the bread and butter for the likes of Reid.
How was Cresswell second best to Moura for his goal? He had a head start and was on the right side, all he needed to do is to shield and tussle and that should've been enough to put Moura off.
I know people will point to Noble and Rice having the better games relative the others - and that's true, but they are also responsible for the first reign Spurs had in the first half when they were able to slide the pass to the likes of Son running in behind. Both Noble and Rice stood off far too much and made it easy for them to exploit our high line.

Had a great game. Stymied Diop from the off with that dreadful booking.

Another disgraceful, gutless performance from a team that has given up. The first 60 minutes was truly awful
Haller (in particulalr)
Anderson
Diop
Put in three of the worst performances I have seen wit our full backs not much better. Starting Midfield three were not great but at least they tried and kept going
Ogbonna head and shoulders our best starter but all three subs did well and great to see Antonio back
Spurs were in second gear but mullered us. We had one shot in the first half and first shot on target was 65th minute
Anderson, haller, Diop and Creswell all need to be dropped
Get sanchez in alongside Rice for Chelsea and play Antonio up top

Next games I would try
Anderson - Haller - Antonio (with Antonio playing a lot closer to Haller)
Snodgrass - Noble - Sanchez
Johnson - Ogbonna, Rice, Fredericks
Roberto.
