Please don’t print out lyric sheets. That’s borderline embarrassing.

^ with that in mind....
Can we have a separate thread listing broken promises & dodgy dealings, so that it's easier for people to jump straight to the dirty deeds?
This is crucial. The board’s narrative is this mealy-mouthed, hand-wringing fake apology for not having achieved success on the pitch, despite their best efforts and investment.

We need to publicise the real agenda at every opportunity. We’re not angry because we haven’t qualified for the Champions League yet. We’re angry because of the lies, the contempt and the destruction of our heritage.

We should compile a list of the real grievances and bang that drum incessantly.

Very well spotted & articulated, spod.
'Them' telling us (& everyone else) what WE'RE angry about. Very clever.

...is there any way you can get a feel of what said press think with all the goings on? Maybe with the possibly with pointing them to the supporters groups and some of the more "knowledgeable posters" who can quote and back up facts and figures.
Quite a few have spoken to the HU team in recent days. Such as Oliver Kay who's written this excellent piece: https://theathletic.com/1532890/

Another Matt Law article, purely focused on the protest. Club claiming 2 emails sent to HU after 23 Dec meeting went unanswered (yeah right)

You were my West Ham, my only West Ham, you made me happy when sky’s were grey, you’ll never know how much i loved you,
the board have taken my West Ham away.
Not an expletive to upset anyone.

Hammers United have held a number of debriefing and planning conversations since Saturday.

The West Ham family came together on Saturday and WILL all be coming together again soon. We are keen to improve and continue to welcome suggestions.

We have a plan in place in terms of how we intend to move forwards and details will be shared in the coming days.

Please keep an eye on our website, Facebook page or Twitter.

Once again, thank you all for helping us to take this from strength to strength.

Sad story for anyone caught up in this but nice to see another story out there that will embarrass those responsible for the relationship between West Ham and Betway.

Speech from WHUISA Chair Sue Watson at Saturday's demo:

Well said , Sue .

It is shameful that West Ham fans have been forced into this situation , thankfully Hammers United were able to carry on the good work that WHUISA set out to achieve along with [ let's not forget ] RWHFAG - now would be a good time for all three groups to unite their membership under one flag and plan the next move .

Sorry TOMOS but I don't think Right Wing Hammers For Aggro should be allowed anywhere near what has been a successful and peaceful demonstration. Whether they attended Saturday's march in a private or official capacity, their conduct over the last planned march and funds going missing will always stick in my craw. They burnt their bridges then and showed themselves to be villains threatened by bigger villains! The best thing to come out of that whole sorry mess was WHUISA and HU.

If someone was a semi literate moron, threatening other West Ham fans back then, they will be a semi literate moron threatening other West Ham fans now. If people don't learn the lessons of history then history will repeat itself.

Maybe the worst scenario for the board / owners would be for all groups to unite against them. If anything they played us off against each other and broke up the original protest. All getting together after what went on would frighten the life out of GSB.
