The 10 year plan: when G and S took over we were about 17th in the Premier league, we had some good players, not many but a few, like Parker. 10 years down the line we are about 17th with a few decent players. The only thing that's changed is G and S are significantly richer because of the club and the club no longer owns its stadium. They've also take us down in that time. I'm sure from their point of view they think they're doing a great job.

IMO it’s gone beyond them making token gestures to appease the fans. There should (again, IMO) only be one thing we want: Gold, Sullivan and Brady out of our club for good. Otherwise we’re back in the realm of beer shelves again.

In my humble opinion, HU should also be lobbying Government and the major's office to remove the legacy requirement for athletics (particularly with the world champs in Birmingham coming up) and then announce they are prepared to listen to offers to sell the stadium.
That would put massive pressure on GSB to put their money where their mouth is and also make the club more attractive.
Naturally there would have to be a condition on any sale requiring its primary use to be for football and to respect West Ham's tenancy.

On the subject of results this season (not inc cups):

AUG: L D W W
SEP: D W D
OCT: L L D
NOV: L L L W
DEC: L L W L L
JAN: W L D ?

Pretty pisspoor.
I also need to check with TOMoS, that I haven't said something bad in Welsh..

Was thinking about this, what if maybe just maybe Sullivan is fine with us going down as it makes him relevant again

If we stay up he will be pushed to actually invest properly in the squad but if we go down he can spin the narrative that they as owners have done this before and can get us out of this hole thus making them relevant for at least a few more years

Just trying to find reasons as to why we are so badly run, also with Moyes saying maybe no signings that is WILD considering our position and the money that should be available
If we went down I don't think any of them would have the guts to set foot in the half empty stadium on match day again.

Reason: I don't like him any more than the rest of our support but that comment was potentially libellous

Ian Abrahams. Call yourself a West Ham fan? Hang your head in shame.

Just remember this for the rest of your life. You would never ever be accepted on the North Bank after your behaviour.

If that is what this turns out to be, we will not achieve it without getting others to come with us.

The media, the wider fan base, perhaps those not so well researched have been asking “but what exactly have GSB done” and “what exactly do you want them to do”.

We plan to point out, very clearly, in the next 40 days, exactly what they’ve done. But not in a moaning way. In a classy way, with an olive branch every day.

We will have 40 more measures of their character to then add to our next meeting on the 29th (for those that need them)

I don't see how this is going to help you engage with those who walked by Saturday, scratching their heads.
I hope I'm wrong and you continue to build.

Little steps, alf. Look what they mustered on Saturday.

I genuinely believe the reason people didn’t join us is because they are blinded by the GSB PR machine.

We have to unpick that to get them on board.

Our aim remains the same: disband the OSB and open up dialogue. But to bring more people with us they need those blindfolds removed.

We can do that by offering up these, seemingly obvious, quick gestures the board could do.

Watford, this is great work.

Number each and every one of these 40 points and make them as succinct and clear as possible. Circulate as wide as possible.

I’ll be there before the Soton game as back in the country so that’s already one more than you had last weekend.

Momentum is absolutely key here. Keep it up and I and thousands more are with you!

Hammers United have done an excellent job and hopefully Saturday was the start of things to come. My only, I guess, “issue” is why we’re giving GSB another chance to make amends? IMO, we should be hounding GSB out rather than giving them the opportunity to right their wrongs. The damage has already been done for me - I haven’t been back to the stadium for two years - as well as the majority of those fans who voted “No” on the recent poll.

They’re never going to spend good money on players, they’re never going to make changes to the stadium and they’re always going to treat the fans with contempt.

This isn’t digging HU out at all, as I think they’ve been so professional and very well organised, but I just believe the owners are too egotistical, too greedy and simply too old to change their ways.
