The board. That doesn't make Pellegrini or the players exempt from any criticism but the board and the way they do things permeates everything about our football club.

The board have taken the fans for mugs, shifted us to the bowl and not in any way justified this. I could forgive results if there seemed to be a coherent plan, or an ability to learn from mistakes.

They're a classless trio that are entirely out of their depth and it's been long since I've trusted them. We used to be a lot of fans' second club (and I'd wager that pre-GSB the Tevez debacle did some damage) but not only is there a change of opinion from the fans of other clubs but now, our own fans don't even seem to like West Ham anymore, and that comes from the top.

Put together the undermining of managers through their little channels of buddies, continued underinvestment, the OSB, the interest payments, Lady Brady's column in that ****-rag, meddling in transfer activity and continued mistruths to a fan-base they clearly despise after unseating them from their home, then 99% of roads lead to them.

Be great if Pellers could try three at the back, though

Both are responsible.

Pelle, like all past and future managers, has obviously been demotivated and undermined and reeks of apathy, but is still happily taking the coin. If you don't want to be here walk away and let some other poor sod have a go.

For 18 months.

I couldn't do a good job for the shysters we currently have in charge and I've worked for some right arseholes in my time.

A football club is about many things - fans, stadium, management, players. Moving stadiums meant that the first two of those things was completely nullified. I can hardly remember any really good atmospheres at the OS, and that in turn will have an impact on the players. The manager has failed to get the most out of too many players. I think he's capable of it, but I think he knows that the writing is on the wall and he's been sold a dud. As was Bilic, as was Allardyce. The players know that they can phone it in every couple of years as inevitably it will be the manager that wears it anyway and they can go back to phoning it in every 2nd season and having a lovely cushy number.

Our players are decent but not motivated, our manager is semi-retired and living off former glories, our board are abhorrent. I blame all three, but one of them has been charge for the last 10 years and hasn't changed a damn thing.

Ultimately it is the board.
I'm not saying that the manager is blameless, but whoever comes next will soon be in the same situation. We have no plan and there will not be any regular investment while the spivs are in charge.

All roads lead back to the board, always.

The manager's short comings are just a symptom of their incompetency and botched activities.

Never forgive and never forget the damage they've done to the club.

I live in hope that fans will eventually wake up and smell the coffee, unfortunately too many are swayed by signing an Anderson or Haller, or even appointing Pellers himself before convienently forgetting all the ills of yesterday.

Accepted the manager isnt doing it - not a lot different from last season though. He got a massively easy ride from large sections of the fan base despite just about ****ing our way into the top half.

We have 2 forwards in the squad and yet somehow the majority of fans thought we were heading fro top 6. Pellers is only here for the money though the fraudsters who made his appointment, then starved him of funds, are the real cuplrits.

Pelle has to go but the board ultimately are to blame.

They have raped our proud club and laughed while doing it because their pockets have got richer as the fans continue to suffer.

Gonzo at Hammers Chat has a video up today on their You Tube forum channel, and pretty much nails my thoughts on the matter. Well worth a watch / listen

Bang on the money TOMOS. I voted board as well.

The only way I see them leaving is if we go down and stay down as that is when the penny will drop and they realise that they can no longer fund their pensions from WHU

Gianfranco Zola
Avram Grant
Kevin Keen (1 game)
Sam Allardyce
Slaven Bilić
David Moyes
Manuel Pellegrini

6 managers in 9 years. Gold & Sullivan have been SO unlucky.
Poor sods, every manager they hire, ends up turning to sh*t.

Should have had a voting category of "The fans" Would have given the club plants an option to vote on.
