Unbeaten in 5, 11 goals, 0 conceded.
And long may it continue. Steady progress being made, know there are a lot sterner tests to come but feel a lot more confident that he is the man to turn our fortunes around.

I just hope that we all remember that he will lose games - and there will be games that we lose quite heavily, as we would with any manager. We need to back our manager.

Well done Moyes - you've got us off to a perfect start so far.

I'm happy to support whoever is in charge, but if they take this cup seriously then they have my full backing. Very happy with Moyes and west ham tonight. My belief in football has gone up a notch.

I’m any case it’s probably a load of hearsay b*llocks anyway. Pellegrini doesn’t seem like the type of person you’d want to call a ****.
He didn’t call Pellers a **** he called himself a ****, keep up :D

Well done DM great result that in previous seasons we’d have rolled over for,

Only concerns for me, Fredricks hamstring looked like a bad one, and DM saying that the premier league is his priority, although he did then say he’d love to get to a final

It was rather refreshing to see a strong side put out in the early stage of the Cup for a change. No doubt it'll give the players a little more confidence.

One thing i was pleased with was that they looked shattered after half an hour. it kinda told me that he had been working them very hard for the past few days

I'm going to start warming to him very quickly if he beats Sheffield United. Taking yesterday seriously was a big positive.

Will be interesting to see if their players are affected by those last two losses. They were incredibly negative in both games, so it is not just the result, but the manner by which they lost.

Newcastle also beat them of late, so they are as patchy as anyone of late.

One thing noticeable yesterday was the level of coaching that could be heard from Moyes in the 2nd half, encouraging the players to move the ball quicker, with more intensity and bravery. The confidence of our attacking players/play is worryingly thin.

Moyes has had a great effect on the players, particularly pells buys, Forlans, haller, Anderson. The big test will be who he brings in.

As has been said already Friday is a proper test. I think all his hard work and good luck will be for nothing if we get spanked by Sheffield United. I hope the good run continues and win on Friday I’ll be the first to say well done. Just hope we don’t go over an hour without having a shot.
