The thing with Noble is that after about 30-40 minutes the others slow down to his pace , and then he becomes more influential.

Anderson has been very good. Unfortunately what Masuaku and Zabaleta have produced from his passes is woeful.

But we also need a player who doesn't concede possession and if he did, he would work his hardest to get the ball back. And that's what you get with Allen. But that's for a different thread!

Why do we keep trying to heave a cross in to a single striker? We have all these clever quick little players, work the ball into the box and make their big CBs defend quickness instead of going all the way to the corner to heave a bad cross into 1 tall striker in a forest of big CBs

Maybe try and move the ball forward a bit quicker instead of passing it backwards.

I wondered that. If he didn’t book him because he didn’t connect, how was it a foul? If it was a foul, he’s stopped him running down the line.

Nailed on, wasn't it. Masuaku (assuming that's the one you're referring to Bubbs) was away and in the clear.

Not sure if it's because I'm watching on Sky Go, but the atmosphere sounds absolutely dead. Thought they were meant to be up for this.

Natives getting restless, need to keep this up and not do anything stupid (I know). Decent away performance so far, taken the sting out of the fans now we need to create then take a chance.
