We do however have to factor in that our only shot on target was the penalty and that it was conceded when Haller was actually departing from the penalty area, with his back to goal.
I actually thought it was the softest penalty I have seen for years and that the ref was tricked by the player looking like he was chasing a ball, but he had in fact slowed down or even stopped to invite the defender to make only minimal contact with him.
Haller did nothing else, Lanzini too, to suggest that we would score in any other manner.
