Interesting fact:

Tomas Soucek is an anagram of “suck o’ ma toes”.

Let’s hope he never puts a foot wrong.

The last Tomas we had was an utter nutjob who liked getting sent off. Hope this one is the same.

Get him straight in alongside Rice on Saturday
They can both cover lots of ground and give each other licence to get forward
I have never heard of him, but he is certainly the profile of player who has the potential to make a huge difference

I really hope Moyes doesn't find an excuse not to play him(or play him for the cursory 15-20 at the end) on Saturday. The sooner he gets on the pitch, the quicker he's going to adapt. Moyes is already playing with fire fielding Snodgrass and Noble for the full 90min midweek.

Come-on Tomas, get out there and make a mockery of the adage that Premier League is a step above(it is but we're against Brighton), break forward, look to link up and shoot when there's a chance to. We're all going to be rooting for you.

Sully's also got his eye on his cousin.....Dudcheque.

Good luck Tomas...you'll need it.

Oh, and by the way, if you see a 4 foot midget over the training ground in the next few days wanting to pose with you whilst crossing his arms, do me a favour and give him an elbow.

He got the crossed hammers right before the kick off last night. That's a fairly good start.

Two assists and a goal against Brighton will be a better start

The world class stadium was the only thing that made him want to come here.

He’s exactly what we need. He is an upgrade on Noble, allows him some rest, gives us more physical presence and will take a lot of the burden off Rice.
Rasmus Kristensen and a decent centre forward should see us safe.

On paper this looks to be a positive signing...until he catches Westhamitis and his talent (and career) goes down the toilet.

Still, welcome and Good Luck...

BTW, if you see Sullivan's lips moving you know he is lying.

He could be our new Steve Lomas circa 1997.

We just need another Kitson and Hartson now.

Good luck Tommy!!!

Speaking to a colleague in our Czech plant and he reckons :-

I think he will be realy good transfer for West Ham! He was the best player from Czech league now and also had good performance during last and this year on Champions League.

I hope he gets a chance to prove it in PL matches!

Knowing our luck he will get injured straight away
