Yes, a stupid and unnecessary gamble.

You think they would have learned from Georgia's folly of 2 failed fake punts, which led to their two losses, one of which was against Alabama!

Last post in January?!?

Get back in the game boys. Florida using adrenaline, home crow advantage and the best throw back uniforms in the NCAA to take and early lead vs Auburn. This is goi g to be a good one.

got tired of posting, and early season doesn't throw too many good games together.

but Florida is going to win this one 24-13, 3:20 left and I don't think Auburn have no time outs left. I have watched a few good games though for those weeks when there were some ranked teams playing each other.

Michigan over Iowa earlier #19 - #14 10-3. Harbaugh under pressure.

nothing much on tap this evening either by the look of it...

MMA fights in Australia so I guess that'll be my evening's viewing...

24-10 HT lead for the Buckeyes probably flatters them quite a bit. MSU has been good.

I’m enjoying this UT v OU game. Old school hard hitting defensive battle at an ancient stadium. Unless Texas finds a way to up their game on the OL they’re not winning this though.

Looking forward to the LSU v FU game. Should be a great one.

When: Saturday at 8 p.m. ET
Where: Tiger Stadium -- Baton Rouge, Louisiana
TV: ESPN

and as I was looking it up, 58 yard run end up on the Sooners 3 or 4 yard line and UT go in for the t.d.

you're correct - no love lost here. both teams issued an unsportmanlike conduct 30 minutes before the game. any more unsportmanslike penalty during the game is now an automatic ejection.

:D

Texas DL ejected from the game. lead with the helmet as the qb going to the ground.

next play from scrimmage, flea flicker - 50+ yard t.d. Sooners 17-10 but this a heck of a game.....

That ejection call has changed the game. Not a call I like btw. I realize there won’t be many that agree with me though. Wasn’t the qb who got hit, it was a receiver who went down right before the 1st down marker. His knee was down and the hit was late but he hit him with his shoulder not his helmet.

studio "official" called crown of the helmet hit and ejection before the call on the game.

I am not spot on with rules at all. (as you can see when I didn't know who it was that got hit ...

thought it was the qb because of how he was "going down to the turf."

S. Carolina still ahead in Athens in the 4th

there's something to be said about all of the pageantry and that with college football........

played football early days in 'ouston with a lad who moved to Lincoln one time and worked in a liquor store. said it was like a ghost town on game days !!!!!!!!

what a play by Jalen Hurts

their number 2 is NFL bound.

Lincoln Nebraska? Yeah, that place exists for one purpose only. Saturday. Used to stop there on my drives cross country and so help me every human being is the size of a box truck. Farmers raised on beef and corn.

This game is a good one. UT about to score.

34-27 so a one score game.

#3 Georgia upset at home - missed field go to tie it up within the last few seconds of double o.t. it looks like...

#24 Texas A & M giving it a go at home against #1 Alabama 24-10 coming up to the half but driving.

Her game got called midway through the first half. A girl on the other team suffered a compound fracture on her arm and the game got called.

Just turned on the LSU game. Incredible atmosphere.

Been mostly watching the baseball this evening but was checking in, hoping Notre Dame would choke against a middlin' USC but no such luck. Will probably follow UF-LSU the rest of the way. And now the Trojans making it interesting,,,,but back to Houston for now. (Thank god for replay!)

I usually end up watching random games. Was into UNLV-Vanderbilt earlier. Two 1-4 teams but a Mountain West team beating the crap out of an SEC team on the road is just nuts. Late night will waste time watching Wyoming-SD State.

#7 Penn State @ H to #16 Michigan might be the only decent game today.

#17 Arizona State @ #13 Utah could be decent though.

#12 Oregon 28 vs. #25 Washington 31 is a stormer of a game..got back late and am in the 4th quarter

35 - 31 Oregon just went a whole lotta yardage to score a t.d. well hold on, VAR -

after further review the call on the field stands !! TD !!!!!!!!!

The Penn State/Michigan game - 110K in the stands - and they've called for a White Out. everyone in the stands are wearing white and it looks like they stuck white pom-poms under the seats as they just shook them - it's quite an amazing sight...

currently Michigan are going nowhere and Penn State look like they are going to get their 2nd t.d. but the officiating is horrible.

3rd and about 8 for M.S. and the defensive player is all over the receiver long before the ball gets there. I am guessing that you can't throw a red flag in college for P.I.

Michigan sideline gets called for a sideline infraction - can't say I blame Harbaugh.

Only game I saw a chunk of was the UW v Oregon game. It was an excellent game. Huskies really should have closed it out but Oregon kept at it and squeaked by in the end.
