Fair play to her.

In the history of Sport, has a person even been less supported by a crowd than Evetts? Poor lad was on his own out there. Bloody victim of sexism I reckon.

Is there a womens world championship? If so are men allowed to enter?

The BDO has separate men’s and women’s tournaments. When the PDC were asked why they didn’t have a women’s tournament, they said it’s because they don’t have a men’s tournament. Their World Championship is for all. Which was a pretty good answer in my opinion.

Big fan of Fallon she seems such a sweet young lady.

Cracking start in her 2nd round match, from 2 legs down she came back & has taken the first set.

She is a very, very good darts player and no mistake. Shows incredible bottle as well.
Very humble too. Well done girl. I hope she carries on further.

Her biggest previous payday was £5000 for 2nd in the women's world championships a few years back.

She is now guaranteed £25,000 even if she goes out next round.

I'm sure some sponsors will be showing an interest as well.

Next opponent is ranked 23 in the world, and his best performance in the World Championships is last 16. You'd have to think Fallon has a good chance.

Great story. Barry Hearn will be rubbing his hands with glee

However, the match against Ted evett summed up everything wrong with the crowd at Ally Pally. Booing his every throw? Abysmal

Lakeside (in its heydey) and circus tavern were often partisan but still followed the etiquette.

I like watching the darts on TV but unfortunately have to deal with the views of the crowd and people still singing that Kolo/ Yaya Toure song

Isn't she a bit too slim to be a darts player ? I mean, I thought it was compulsory to have a beer gut

This is the first time I have watched the PDC, Normally for me it's the BDO.

Are the crowd always this goddamn annoying? That poxy Ya Ya Toure song and "stand up if you love the darts"

Think once Fallon gets knocked out (if she does) I wont bother with the rest.

PS What made Glenn Durrant change his mind and come over to the PDC, I thought he said he was going to be a BDO player for life?

She gave that a real good shot, played some good darts and was hitting the Doubles.

The dream is over but she will be back.

Is she taking part in the BDO in Jan?

The dream is indeed over... but what a fantastic story. It feels like we've been truly blessed by extraordinary sporting stories this year.
