Got to be it for Buttler at test level. Pretty average with the gloves and has never looked at the races with the bat.

Get the better keeper in.

Happy for Nortje, impressed me through this series
Faf relieved to catch one

Let's see how we, with a better balanced attack, do on this track

Have to say it's great to see a fast bowler going at 90mph with superb rhythm over a sustained spell. With Wood and Archer we're in good shape going forwards.

Handing them their asses here. Thank God we’ve got something to distract from the shitshow at our gaff.

I’m not entire up to date with our options as Wicketkeeper but I was impressed with what I saw of Ben Foakes a few winters back. Is he still on the scene?

Really pleased that after a horrendous start to the tour with illness and injury, we've fought back and have some real plus points like Crawley and Pope.

SA are pretty terrible though. Need to finish the job in the next few days.

Glad that Wood has done so well. Such a shame that he suffers so many injuries.

Wood and Archer could have career defining series in The Ashes next year in Australia if both are looked after and can keep themselves fit.

SA cricket is in a really poor period, but Nortje is great to watch.

Despite the early wicket, looks a batting paradise this morning. Some lovely drives from the South Africans.

And one becomes three. Great from Wood, deserves 5’fer. De Kocks wicket was a great ball.

Nothing sort of shot from Buttler.

That's probably his lot in a white shirt.

Agree lets hope they see sense and bring in Foakes and not the ginger favourite.

Root attempting reverse ramp over the keeper (failed) declaration seems incoming tonight.

Eight down, rather disjointed from England here, trying to push on but Curran aside no one doing very much. They scored faster playing proper cricket earlier.

Not that I think it matters, SA will should not even get half way there.

466 to win, fantastic catch from Faf to end it.

Stokes finally gets one, the Saffers have batted well this morning. It is not as if England have bowled poorly.

Faf goes for 35.

van der Dussen follows for 98 , he deserved his ton.

Just de Kock really in the way now.

Brilliant bit of cricket that, set the field for a short ball on 98 then his eyes light up for the wide ball pitched up
