Excuse me for not bothering to look through the past five hundred pages to see if this stuff has already been said!
I'm having the name Ivan Bandalovski thrown at me, by the way, if that means anything to anyone.

How about Harry Kewell and Robbie Fowler making a return to England with West Ham?Hammer83 wrote:Failing that someone make up a rumour that we can discuss.

Your saying Parker can't tackle? Attitude or not, you ask every Premiership manager if they would rather Parker or Barton in their team next season and I doubt more than 2 would say BartonD C wrote: Barton is the better player imo. Parker is just a stop gap for England, until we can produce an actual defensive mid who can tackle.

Can't see that happening, he's not a striker :lol:Smonnie wrote:Found the bugger: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivan_Bandalovski" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: Summer Transfer Thread 2011-2012
Nah, im saying he's playing for England cause he's the only midfielder who can tackle. Was basically pointing out that England are using him outside of his best position cause no one else is a good enough DM.Yea Why Not wrote:

Re: Summer Transfer Thread 2011-2012
DC,
I'd say Parkers best position is as a holding midfielder though. Which is where I reckon he'll play if he gets a move to a big club. It's just as he is generally better than what we have he gets involved as much as he can as a box to box. If Arsenal were to sign him and have him holding with Song with 4 players ahead of him they'd have a much better chance of beating the big clubs and would have a better record away from home. I'm surprised Wenger isn't in for him to be honest, I bet Arsenal fans would love him there
