Praet was touted to be De Bruyne's replacement at Wolfsburg, it would be an amazing piece of business if we got him. I can't see any links though?

Forgot about Amalf, he wont be in the 25 man squad either.bubbles1966 wrote:Ljalic or Praet in replacing Malfi, Jarvis and/or Zarate?
Looked at logically, if the cash was there to buy Hernandez, it hasn't been spent on Jelavic (less than £3m) or Moses (loan)
Praet or Ljajic will be nice

I thought that I'd read only yesterday that Praet had signed for someone else but today I can't find the report - I'm sure it was NewsNow who were running the story .

His proposed move to wherever fell through, and Wolfsburg are taking Draxler.

Re: Summer 2015 transfer thread
We cannot have Payet, Poyet and Praet! Maybe that is why Poyet was loaned out.
I imagine the loan fee for Moses is a few million bubbles so those two together is probably £6m of the £9m.

Re: Summer 2015 transfer thread
Ignore the Praet thing. It's been lifted and the account is a fake. A good 'un mind. Apologies.
Re: Summer 2015 transfer thread
Moses would work really well in Bilic's system, and I have thought from day 1 (I think I even mentioned it earlier in the thread).
I still think we would need another attacking player, and I would love it to be one of Ljajic, Praet of Sisto, they are the type of players that move you forward as a club IMO. I have no idea why Roma would want to sell Ljajic though, I've been following him since his days at la viola, and he's class. I can't see the other two happening either, so lennon would be a nice touch for a year, just for a bit of much needed pace down the flanks.
Jelavic I can handle as back up, not great but could be worse.
I'd love to see Song happening again, if we're patient with him and let him regain full fitness, he would be a fantastic acquisition for the club, on and off the pitch.
The last couple of days are looking more promising than I had imagined. COYI

A reporter for the Nottingham Post:
Told Nottingham Forest have accepted a £7m bid from West Ham for Michail Antonio. Winger expected in London for talks today #nffc

The Antonio deal, if it goes through, will not include a loan move for Matt Jarvis. Straight sale. #nffc

Re: Summer 2015 transfer thread
From the Telegraph website:-
Aaron Lennon is prepared to spend the last 12 months of his contract at Spurs not playing for the club as he attempts to force through a move to Everton.
Lennon spent last season on loan at Goodison Park and according to the Daily Mirror is apparently only interested in a permanent move there. Daniel Levy is holding the whole thing up because he wants £9million for him. There's a year on his contract so it's not a great deal for anyone buying, but if no transfer happens, Lennon can leave on a free at the end of the season and basically have a year long paid vacation.

Blimey. That's a lot of money. It might work out for you, but far from a guaranteed thing.

What do you reckon on him mate? He looks a championship player all over to me, but I've not seen a massive amount of him.Woans Left Peg wrote:Blimey. That's a lot of money. It might work out for you, but far from a guaranteed thing.

Re: Summer 2015 transfer thread
Ljajić has turned out to be a good player at Roma, but he'll always be a mug.
Doesn't come across as someone who would leave Roma unless it's for a bigger club.
He got into a fight with the manager after being subbed at Fiorentina, was dismissed from Serbia national team for boycotting the national anthem (he's Muslim, doesn't "identify" with the lyrics), and later he was axed under Advocaat for complaining about his role in the team, as well as for various arguments with Ivanović.
