A severe case of dejavu kicking in here.

Let the boy play and let's see what he's made of. And maybe support our own while we're at it.
He's skipping a level. Personally I'd prefer to see him for a season in the Championship before putting him int he first team. But I obviously have no idea how ready he is - that's the manager's job so let's see how it goes.

For what it's worth, Damm had a decent game for Mexico just a minute ago. Started off pretty bad, ran the ball out of play a few times  but got better as the game went on.

Someone remind me where all the traore stories came from and the £8m valuation was it just paper talk or another source. As now price tag is £20m and Chelsea bound.

Ex mentioned our interest a few weeks ago. BetVictor tweeted the deal was done last week. Papers ran that story and likely guessed at the price.

That all said if £20m is what Boro wants Chelsea can absolutely have him!

you're remembering wrong. ex had a new tidbit thrown to him every day of the week last season, despite f*** all coming of it. fingers crossed the end has been cut out of the loop.

if they're going to balls it up again, at least they're doing it quietly.

Same Traore. It's a bit confusing because there are three relatively well known Adama Traores. One at Boro, one at Monaco, and one at Basel.

WHU and Chelsea are both being linked to the Boro one.

£20m for Traore? If Chelsea are willing to pay that so be it, far too much of a gamble for us.

Not sure of either Lanzini or Fernandes as one of 2 in a 4-2-3-1 especially against the better sides although I really rate both as players. As for Cullen how good he is will depend on speed of thought and the physical side of the game, from the few games I have seen him play for Bradford his technique seems fine. No finisher mind you!

Arthur is a gazillion miles ahead of Cresswell!

If he performs like he did towards the end of last season I doubt we'd be able to keep hold of him. Can see us getting a huge fee though.

Chelsea is reportedly chasing Lewandowski (can't see Bayern letting him go, honestly) as an alternative to Lukaku. If they can sign either one we stand a better chance of landing Batshuayi.

Regarding the Iheanacho stuff... if Leicester agreed to that ridiculous "tack on an additional 5 mil for the buyback" that City reportedly wanted, they can have Iheanacho. If they landed him without the buyback then our board have failed miserably.

If they fail to get iheanacho over the line ,will be 6th or 7 th major striker they've failed to deliver in last 2 seasons ,have absolutely no idea why people think will be any different with bats or Giroud. My money is firmly on negredo probably on loan .

You just know that if anyone else gets this ineacho(sic) deal over the line, he will win the golden boot for the next two seasons. If we do it, we will be lumbered with a pile of s**t for a season or two. Now that's the West Ham way.
