He tried didn't he. Bellamy picks up a yellow for retaliating after being kicked up in the air three times, blatant body checks - including one on Cole in the box - go unpunished whilst Noble gets carded for organising the wall....the list goes on.

The sooner the fraud retires the better.

My opinion
carlton cole worked his arse off TODAY AND HELD THE BALL UP WELL --well done
gabbi did well mopping up everything
upson did well arial
it was a change to see us chase everything-well done
boa morte i thought was very good today
I think neill unless he was under orders to go awal better have a look at himself
green was once again superb
and i thought when there was only 15 mins to go we were still going for it which we must commend the manager for!!
Dont be hard on solano i think he passes well and brings players into the game(hes played 90mins in 2 games and had 4 chances-the fact my grand mother could have scored two of them is neither hear or there i like him)
the one problem we have is -----are we giving noble cart blanc????????
although i think he will be a great player unfortunately i dont think mullins is good enough to cover him and we tend to get over run!!!
in short i think the effort today was superb
and my man of the match AND LETS GET BEHIND HIM

IS

CARLTON COLE

2ND GABBI
3RD LUIS BOA MORTE

he has done this to us in the BML a few times before when we sing "Englands number 1"

its now "Englands number 6! Englands Englands number 6!"

A 0-0 draw...... I think we will get 55 secs on MOTD with no comment from anyone.

all the commentators were saying that Nobby's misses were sitters. From the telly they looked far from that. Maybe he should have got the first, but seemed to be reaching. The second cannoned back off the bar about waste height. Hardly sitters, for those one you need more luck than skill.

Having had a bucket of real ale my views might be a tad off reality.

But the first 5/10 mins looked like we were clueless and would get a tonking.

Then the rest of the match we were in it and it was a good team performance.

Away at Pompey is a tough fixture and we came away with a respectable draw and chances to win it.

With a team that is missing so many injured players...

Green was outstanding but I thought everyone played their part.

I have a Pompey season ticket holder in my office - I will be happier than her!

The boys done well!!!!

Apart from Neil, Noble & Green, did anyone else have a good game?

McCartney and Cole played well. Our whole back line looked solid today.

Who do you think played well for Pompey?

And why did Pompey not win?

I thought of Gnome then and when Bellamy got yellow carded. The more the game went on i saw the ref giving a decision that would give them the result and as soon as the pen was awarded, i thought that was it

Worryingly they were all on the same hand. Probably a byproduct of being around the Norfolk inbreeders so long. Still I can see it being a positive for a goalie.

So when everyone laughed at me for putting my avatar as CC all those months and saying that he will come good...do you believe me now?

He was fantastic tonight...
