The Olympic Stadium [new poll]
Several members have requested that we create a new poll re:Stratford in light of the rapidly-approaching decision date regarding the future tenant of the Olympic Stadium. Coupled with the fact that our previous poll is now over six months old we tend to agree, so here it is.
Once again it's a simple yes/no/unsure decision to make. Whilst we toyed with the idea of adding more/alternative options we decided that in order to ascertain best how views have changed since last summer, to retain the same options as the previous poll would be the best way to proceed.
There are a plethora of good sites where you can obtain information about the stadium and West Ham United's plans for it, however the best place to start would be in this thread's predecessor, which you can find at the following link:

Re: The Olympic Stadium [new poll]
I was totally against it based on the running track but after the shambles of the last few days I fear with these clowns in charge and Spurs right next door we'll be ****ed.
So, it's a YES.
So, it's a YES.

Great, thanks UTJ.
Good decision to omit any qualifying questions as well. It's a black and white issue at this point - we either get it or we don't
Re: The Olympic Stadium [new poll]
Drove round and round on Saturday looking to park. Can you imagine what it would be like with another 6 to 8 thousand in the ground. It's not rocket science....of course we MUST move. :raver:
Re: The Olympic Stadium [new poll]
YES and sort the track out later # maybe wthe club could do a joint maketing campaign with Specsavers for a few years

Still voting no but doing so on the basis of the Spuds getting it is the lesser of the two evils in my opinion.

Re: The Olympic Stadium [new poll]
Was a no, am undecided at present due to the club not releasing enough information to make a reasonable judgement, suspect I will end up being a no again when all is said and done.

Yes
The view will be further away, but for West Ham to grow its needed, if we ever have plans for challenging with the best in the land we need the move.
*Yes vote dependent on all the financial figures adding up

Re: The Olympic Stadium [new poll]
I wonder how much the fact it's now very much a West Ham v Totts thing will affect the vote regardless of the arguments involved.

Re: The Olympic Stadium [new poll]
I won't vote as that wouldn't be fair. (as I am a Spud)
But I desperately hope West Ham win the bid as much as anyone here.
I can't for the life of me imagine Tottenham in East London, it just isn't right on so many levels.
It would end my support for my club.

A touch Naive to think the bbc would allow there news to post an article anti West Ham and pro Spurs in regards to the Stadium.fjthegrey wrote:
