When you start complicating things the end result is less inflatables.

That'd be just fine. Seems like two minutes ago that they were going on that mega run, denying us automatic promotion and rubbing our noses in it.

Well in the interim two minutes, or three years to be precise, they've headed South and we're now approximately 1,000 times better than them. Be a nice opportunity to demonstrate that to them.

No way are we, shirley they will all have Arsenal, Liverpool and Man Utd before us even if 2 of them have a replay to get through.

Why state this as if it is a fact - or even vaguely accurate.
Arsenal 11/4
Man U 10/3
Liverpool 11/2
West Ham 8/1
are the current best prices (at actual bookmakers)

We should be ahead of Liverpool until they overcome a tricky away trip to Bolton.

Liverpool have a better squad (and team) than us. And we still have to win 4 more games to win the Cup and I would be very happy if a tie like Bolton away was the hardest one we have left to face....

My FA Cup Prediction

Post by Welling »

We will beat Arsenal in this years final 1-0 Nolan scores.

Reasons for this.....

1. I dreamt it happened on Saturday night.

2. When we beat Arsenal in 1980 they were the holders, having beat Man Utd 3-2 in 1979

3. Arsenal are the current holders having beat Hull 3-2 last year.

4. In 1980 we beat Everton after a replay on the way to the final.

That is all.

We'll get Villa away. A game I'd be quite happy with actually.
