Wonder if the club will refund any Arnautovic shirts with the number 27 on the back

Matuidi 18.7 million
Drinkwater 40million (rumoured)

That is the most damning evidence of overpriced Prem/British players if ever there was some.

They have reportedly contacted anyone who purchased one and offered a free replacement with a 7 on the back.

Chelsea have had Bertrand, Chalobah, Loftus Cheek, Baker, Tammy Abraham, Solanke etc all on their books - they have made their own bed when it comes to overpaying for homegrown players.

Drinkwater - 27, 4 years left on his contract.
Matuidi - 30, 1 year left on his contract.

The difference is probably PSG clearing off wages and bringing in a decent fee for a player who will leave in 10 months and Leicester not really needing to sell one of there main players on a long contract.

Just read an article on the homepage where Wimmer claims we wanted him to play at left back. I don't even know where to start with the questions. Anyone know what on Earth the story there is?

Actually think this type of thing might be a sexual fetish for Bilic. Not judging, everyone has their buttons.

I wondered if something was lost in translation, tbh.

It reads like left back, I was wondering whether we wanted a left sided centre back - possibly for a three.

Either way, I've seen Emenike destroy Wimmer at ours.

Oh, and if it is left back, what does that say about Cresswell and Masuaku?

I was hoping KUMB had crashed because the signing of Carvalho had caused a meltdown. Sadly it appears not to be the case.

Saw this article on twitter, http://rr.sapo.pt/noticia/91215/west_ha ... medium=rss which thru google translate says we're starting to look at Danilo Pereira from Porto or Fejsa from Benfica because the Carvalho talks are wobbling a bit. Don't know anything about either, nor whether there's any truth to this. But there you are.
