I've used the forum to mostly buy tickets off fellow kumbers, and so far the experience has been brilliant. I won't name the people involved, only for fear of embarrassing them, but I can't fault any aspect. Not once has anyone tried to make anything through selling their tickets on, in most cases the sellers have either foregone postage or booking charges or even discounted the tickets. I think it's just an extension of the West Ham family helping each other out. :crest:

Big thumbs up to West Ham Dave for coming to the rescue with Spurs tickets. Was very much appreciated.

Thanks to steward205, went to pick up tickets for the Boro away game but he saw that the row numbers he got in the post did not match what was booked online.

Took the time to go to the ticket office before/after the Man City game to get it sorted [ticket office girl sent the wrong tix to him] nd got West Ham to send me the correct tickets in the post saving the hassle of having to pick up duplicates on the day in Boro - keeping line of communication open too. Top man

Never sold but bought quite a few. Every time I've needed a pair of tickets or an extra one I've managed to get them and everyone that has sold me a ticket has been really friendly and easy to deal with

Bought a ticket for Leicester at home off rciron. Very pleased. His mate lives near me so dropped the ticket through my door to save having to try and meet up in the day. Nice touch.

Sold and bought on here and not had any real problems. Occasionally some people don't get back to you but I would say all the people I have dealt with here are trustworthy.

It would be good if people could mark on the thread title whether they are for sale or they are wanted (not all people do). And mark if sold (again most do but not always). Not sure if "sold" or games that are past can be taken off by mods, just to clean the forum up.

If I need a ticket for a game or want to sell I come to this forum first so it's a great asset to the site and the people who use it.

I've had a completely positive experience buying spare tickets through this forum.
The club system seems incredibly inefficient by comparison.
I posted a request and got three quick replies.
Ended up with exactly the tickets I wanted at face value from a very nice bloke. (Will name if he says it's OK).
I'm also now on a sort of informal mailing list run by pikeno6 who seems to be offering tickets on behalf of several people. I haven't bought any tickets from him as yet.
