Yes, I'd noticed a theme developing, Kialos!Kialos wrote:We've been playing rubbish since you started the match day threads. UTJ OUT!
It's definitely all the guvs fault..
As someone else on here said, a 6 pointer already..
The trouble is, I just can't see our 'season starting', away at Arsenal but, you never know, what a place to do it!

Bottom of the table clash. Yarmolenko to start. 2-1 to the Irons. Glass half full. Hang on it's empty. Yeah I'm pissed.

On the positive side, there's a lot of decent betting to be had. Them to score many many more than us, win both halves, good opportunity for a profit

Just can't see Manuel going with a 3 so I'd go with:-
Adrian
Fredericks Diop Ogbonna Cresswell
Sanchez Wilshere
Yarmolenko Anderson Perez
Arnautovic

Play four at the back and we get hammered.
4-0 Arsenal.
4-0 Arsenal.

Re: Arsenal v West Ham Utd: match thread (25/8)
MP doesn't do 3 at the back so it will be a 4.
Adrian
zabaleta rice ogbonna cresswell
sanchez wilshere
yarmolneko Anderson masuaka
arnie
subs fabianski fredericks diop noble hernandez Antonio perez
fredericks to replace zaba when he tires around 60 mins is the way we should be easing him in.
rice to return to CB in place of Balbuena. ogbonna must be getting near being dropped also.
noble dropped for sanchez
cresswell and Arthur to resume last seasons left side combination
Anderson inside
yarmolenko to start if fit, if not Antonio to return
keep the score down to 2 and we will be lucky ! bottom after 3 games and onto the next must win game at home to wolves !

Re: Arsenal v West Ham Utd: match thread (25/8)
Who'd have thought this would be a relegation 6 pointer!!
Can only see one outcome here, a comfortable home win and us stuck at the bottom. Can only hope we get our arse into gear in time for my first game of the season against Wolves.

That is a good team.Vienna wrote:Just can't see Manuel going with a 3 so I'd go with:-

I would be happy with Balbeuno at CB and Obiang in DM but I am good with this selection as well.
Wilshere has to first on the team sheet!

From reading many comments of those who were there yesterday, alarm bells are ringing to say the least.
After a 7-0 defeat at Arsenal it will be a full scale state of emergency.

Re: Arsenal v West Ham Utd: match thread (25/8)
It is concerning the “first name on the team sheet” was deemed surplus to requirements by Arsenal. And they will be champing at the bit to get their first points, especially after their battling performance against Chelsea.

Got to be a draw ain't it ? The two bottom clubs playing each other
