An occasionally happy hunting ground over the years with some famous wins.
We could certainly do with another one of those here.

I am glad we are going into a nice, easy fixture to get ourselves back on track!

This could be a real thrashing as need a win badly and have a lot of quick players .
after last nights performance for 20 mins will we be able to play for 30 mins in this one ?
we are on the beach and not interested so 4-0 to man utd
Onto leicester and another defeat against a fit hungry team !

If we're going to lose anyway, we may as well start blooding the kids who can replace those who will leave in the summer.

Couldn’t agree more. Needs to get Grady, Silva, Johnson etc in
Assuming they’re available obviously. I’ve “done a Cresswell” and stopped caring.

More of the same. 2-0 to the Mancs and a dire, lacklustre display from us.

unless anderson turns up with a firework up his backside we will struggle up top creatively . bit doom laden and cant see us getting anything 2-0

I've never been to Man Utd before, any suggestions for pubs our fans are likely to drink in before the game?

I'd go with:
----------------------------Fabianski-------------------------------
-Fredericks------Balbuena----Ogbonna-------Johnson-
---------------------------------Rice-------------------------------
---------------------Coventry-------Noble------------------------
-Diangana---------------Arnautovic------------------Anderson-
Subs: Trott, Cresswell, Diop, Snodgrass, Lanzini, Antonio, Hernandez.

The only positive of getting our pants pulled down in these fixtures is that it might mean that Spurs don't get 4th. And that is what I have become. Hoping that Spurs finish 5th so that my whats app group does not become unbearable for the Summer.
Anyway, hopefully we give Man United a spanking but I cannot see it.
3-1 MU.

A euro hangover for them is our best chance of getting anything in this game.
If they can beat Barca at home they may be forgiven for completely taking their eye off of our game just a few days later. Especially with a trip out to Barca pending for them a few days after our game too.
We are really not at the races as it stands. From the manager, all the way through the squad we seem as though our minds are not fully focused and we just can't get it right.
Balbuena back in the squad is a huge plus, we are crying out for another CM to come back too. Hopefully Nasri can recover in time (if injured??) otherwise we will have to consider Snodgrass in the middle again as Lanzini is just too lightweight and leaves us over exposed against the really good sides.
Obiang seems to have all but given up as a West Ham player sadly, him at his best would be ideal to sit in the middle with Noble and Rice.
Hoping that the Barca factor is enough for us to go and take a nondescript 0-0, maybe even pinch one ourselves. But really and truly it looks like another away loss to nil.

A weakened MU side could beat us with ease right now.

One for the kids ... give them a run out. Get the General and Diop to shore up the back with Fab.

No doubt will be another ropy performance where we concede within the first 20 mins.
Fat Lukaku to score too.
A consolation goal would be nice though.
3-1 loss

At this stage, I'd just be happy to see us create some chances, and if it's not too much to ask, score a goal.

I cant see anything other than a heavy defeat 4-0 pops into my head. we are gone as a team and only a few seem bothered.;
fab
fredericks Balbuena diop Johnson
noble rice Snodgrass
Antonio arnie Anderson
subs adrian cresswell lanzini coventry silva diagana hernandez
Johnson did well against man city so might as well have a go against the other manc side. cresswell was so poor the other night and arthur is not a LB !
If antonio is not fit then play diagana. Coventry/lanzini on for snodgrass/noble when they tire.
