Set himself up for an almighty fall if it’s in any doubt. He’s convinced me!
Re: The summer transfer window 2019 thread
Schira loves a bold tweet.
De Light was confirmed to PSG a month ago apparently....

The main thing I'm taking from that tweet is that the Italian name for Frankfurt is Francoforte. :lol:SussexExile wrote:Nico Schira now saying Haller absolutely confirmed. Seems convinced

I'm definitely getting that Dean Ashton feel good factor about this potential signing. Proper statement of intent.

If anything this shows how we do business so much better now. Try to identify people and wrap the deals up quickly and as quietly as possible, whilst stopping the leaks to those seeking to make a name for themselves on Twitter.
Hopefully it will turn out to be a good signing.

I've been disappointed so many times, I'm not raising my hopes any more about any potential signing, until I see a photo of them in the club's colour, giving it the crossed Hammers

Re: The summer transfer window 2019 thread
Ben Yedder is totally NOT the type of forward we are looking for just like Hernandez was not the type we needed but he was more a Sulli "Top Trumps" signing .
Re: The summer transfer window 2019 thread
Nico is sound, lads. Ease off!
Ben Yedder - yes please.
Amazing (well not amazing really) how some were losing their s*** on here about lack of strikers (with still a good month left of the window) and now they’re pulling in like London busses.

Re: The summer transfer window 2019 thread
Everton love a blunt midfielder. They’ve got a plethora of non-scoring, slightly defensive midfielders who - individually - are all pretty good but who you’d never want to play together in multiples.
Reminds me of a higher quality version of what we trot out in those annual cup games where Noble, Obiang and Cullen/Poyet/Nordtveit/Sanchez get smoked by a League 1 team.

Re: The summer transfer window 2019 thread
if we don't get haller then we should just call it a day on a top young striker and buy two of the freebie strikers on offer
Balotelli and Sturridge wouldn't be any worse than what we have had recently !
add Hernandez silva and Antonio and we are good to go. Sturridge will last about 6 matches and be injured for 6 months leaving Balotelli as our main man which he will like. Hernandez as sub .
money saved means we could get Sanson in from Marseille , marzipan and possibly a left back ?
so we could line up for our first game as below
fab
fredericks diop Balbuena masuaka
rice sanson fornals
Antonio Balotelli Anderson
subs Roberto maripan noble lanzini Hernandez yarmolenko sturridge
stronger than we have been for a while with zabaleta reid cresswellJohnson sanchez diagana Cullen silva Holland browne all to help out if required.

Where have the Ben Yedder rumours come from? Have we made a bid?
