Re: Positivity Thread
- Haller looked like a quicker, fitter Andy Carroll. Was impressed with him. Especially in the 1st half
- Wilshere looked great in the 1st half and showed how good he could be in the right formation;
- Minus his final ball I thought Fredericks looked great;
- Rice looks like he has balked up a bit over the summer and in the right formation and more support from his central midfield partner I am sure he can have another good season;
- even know his substitution weakened us and saw us collapse I thought 'attacking wise' Fornals showed a lot of promise and his final ball was very good.
- the claret carpet looked as beautiful as it did last season

I thought Haller’s first touch at times was utterly sublime. He’s going to have a monster season for us.

Highly likely, either them or the Red Mancs.BondsoBob wrote:
We could draw them in the league cup.
I do think Haller will prove to be a great signing.

Re: Positivity Thread
We've only got to play them one more time and being away they might be complacent. Everyone else has to play them twice.

Re: Positivity Thread
Chelsea getting pumped by the red Mancs, makes me feel less concerned after yesterday.

Re: Positivity Thread
he was on the NBC after game slot and he gave a pretty decent summation of the game and how it played out.......
I think he realises he has a big job on........(that's me stating the bleedin' obvious)...

Still, we're the strongest team in the league. We're holding everybody else up...
