West Ham Utd 2-0 Manchester Utd (22/09/19)
So my 100% record has gone, but I'm still undefeated
London Stadium, Sunday 22nd September. 1400 kick off, live on Sky Sports.
Will be a good test this, against one of our rivals if we're to have aspirations of a high top half finish come May.
Stay unchanged, with Cresswell in for the rather hard done by Masuaku.
COYI!

Score draw I reckon. I genuinely believe we are evenly matched.
Pogba & Martial have missed their last couple of games, I expect they'll make a miraculous recovery for us....

Flying to Denver this week with work and watching it with the Mile High Hammers supporters group. Interesting to see what 7am pints will feel like with American supporters

We will fly in the face of Sky's expectation and hope
Have to say this is the only team I actually despise
Haller to expose the most over rated English Centre back since John Scales
4-2 To West Ham United

Gutted about losing Arthur for this one. I hope we thrash that scum. No doubt the commentary team will talk about West Ham playing 'United'. After the blunts, I hate Manure with a passion.

Excited for this one and am confident of putting in a similar performance to our victory over them last season.
After their opening day thrashing of Chelsea, they’ve not looked anywhere near as threatening since, and have been struggling to score goals from open play - with Dan James proving their most valuable goal threat thus far - cutting in from the left hand side.
Wan Bissaka and Maguire certainly look like improvements on Young and Smalling/Jones (although that isn’t hard), but their defence still has a mistake in them (Palace game case in point).
Anderson I felt was one of the only wingers in the league to get the better of AWB last season, both home and away, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see him carry on his inconsistency and return to being a world beater yet again after last night’s disappointing game.
Masuaku is certainly a loss as he was just starting to blossom, but I think Cresswell has it in him to stand in for a game and put in a solid performance. Luckily for him, Man Utd don’t really have a comfortable right winger, and most of their attacks will likely go down their left hand side, aimed towards Fredericks. So he will be sure to have a busy 90 minutes both offensively as he looks to support Yarmolenko, and defensively.

Sunday arvo? Argh, completely forgot about that. Gutted, I'm out all day on Sunday.
Hopefully keep our unbeaten run going and feeling oddly confident about this one.
2-1 Irons.

I was gutted as I honestly thought it was Saturday lunch time, and I'd be working. Finding out it's Sunday, when I'm off, has cheered me up.

need to win this to get lift off. a draw last night was acceptable due to the sending off. the performance not great but we are improving and being disappointed at not winning with ten men is a sign of that. now we need to do one of the sky favourites.

First game of the season for me and hoping for a repeat of last season.
I'm catching the overnight National Express from Dundee on Friday night and doing the return journey back to Dundee on Sunday night. £38.00 return, somewhat cheaper than my match ticket!!

Re: ⚽ West Ham United v Manchester United: Match Thread
The thought of James running at Cresswell is absolutely terrifying. Let’s hope they play someone sh*t like Lingard on the right. Saying that, he’s probably sill be able to rip AC a new one.

Am I right in thinking Creswell is fit but just didn’t make the 18 vs Villa?

It’s lucky that James plays on the left then and will be running at Fredricks!
