On my way to work this morning - OCTOBER THE ****ING FOURTH - and the weird women in the office across the way were putting up the decorations.

By the time Christmas rolls around, surely these people would have already peaked mid November time?

Christmas starts when I walk out of the office on my last working day before the Christmas break, normally the last Friday before.
Christmas ends on Boxing day.
It lasts, at the very most, a week.
Not THREE FUDGING MONTHS

See, that's what happens when you give women the vote.

I have banned the word within my team until 1 December, then they can use it all the time for all I care.
I went to a garden centre in July (JULY!) and they were putting up a stand for fake trees.

I was in the basement level of Selfridges a couple of weeks ago and there were a couple of trees and baubles up. The store hadn`t gone full-yule yet though thankfully

Tesco shelves last night, fully laden with Christmas gear. It's just about the money, honey.

I'm a bit surprised at that Whitters as I believe Selfridges & Harrods, every year, start their Christmas departments in July.
I can kind of understand it in the centre of London as they want to extract the Christmas cash from the foreign holiday makers who are only over here, in the Summer.

Mrs Sendo wanted to watch The Grinch for our Neflix & Chill night last weekend.
It was difficult for me because I identify so well with the grinch, and fully understand where he was coming from.

You had a Netflix and Chill night and you actually watched Netflix!

I thought Selfridges had an all year round Christmas section.

The older I get, the more I hate EVERYTHING about it.
The only glimmer of light is time off work, the Darts and oodles of festive football.

I've already treated myself to a box of mince pies.
I have also started my Christmas cupboard. First in are 4 boxes of matchmakers and a couple of Terry chocolate oranges thanks to Tesco only 75p each
