don't want to be negative, am usually overly positive about us, but I don't think we are playing that well and this potential win could paper over the cracks. Arsenal have been the worst side I've seen us play so far this season from their first half display.

Tbh it’s very similar to when we played Man U if we win it has a lot to do with how poor the opposition were.

I just hope Arsenal play just as poor second half as unfortunately this season we can’t beat a team that even half turns up.

Totally agree with this, Arsenal have been poor so far and we have been a bit better.

Whilst true, we’ve shown this season we can’t beat a team that turns up (Chelsea aside I guess, but even then they were rather poor).

Other that that we’ve beat the bottom two and a terrible Man U.

I guess we defended well enough, although from what I'm seeing, we are letting Ozil have too much space. Both Snodgrass and Noble aren't getting tight to Ozil. Feels like there's an Ozil through-ball into the box waiting to happen, which is crazy as he's not a player to run pass you rather he'll pass through you - so why aren't our midfielders getting in his face.

Antonio could take a leaf from Pepe's playbook, Pepe with the give-and-go around the corner is allowing him and Arsenal to make easy yards up field. If Antonio ever masters the give-and-go, he'll be truly terrifying to the opposition.

Also got to give props to Cresswell for willing to cross early into the box rather than always recycling back. Sometimes a little speculation and disruption in the box is good. We might get a lucky second ball scenario.

to be fair I think we have shown a fair bit of effort tonight. There is no creativity at all though. I don't think the Arsenal players are too bothered judging by their effort levels. Pepe looks to be their sharpest player tonight surprisingly
