Anderson, Haller, Yarmolenko, Fornals......of those available, they have absorbed this season budget.

Time for at least one of them to deliver.

If they do, we'll take the points, if they don't, we'll see a change in the dug out.

Can't be easy trying to motivate multi millionaires who'd rather be playing fifa, out clubbing or shopping for Ferraris. Especially as they still draw the same massive salaries win, lose or draw.

I think Pelle's biggest mistake is presuming that his players are all highly driven, self motivated professionals with a desire to win for the fans.

Perhaps the powers that be could draw up some kind of performance related pay structure that rewards success...if the player doesn't want to sign then they get to jog on and we sign a hard working one instead that does...just a thought.
