Sadly with our owners, good performances only add £5m to the price. I worry about this window, they might cash out.

Punishing performance against a truly awful Bournemouth side. We've struggled against these previously, but they look like us 2 weeks ago.
Our next game against Sheffield Utd will be much more telling. However, 4 goals, clean sheet, 2 goals for Mr West Ham. What more can you ask for?

The MotM has to go probably to Noble...
But my MothM goes to Snodgrass... as he gave the pass to Noble´s first.
Very very good performances also from Rice, Anderson and Haller (in this order).
Great interceptions also from Ogbonna and Balbuena (mostly Oggie).
PS: As the game was about to begin I was really afraid we could have lose it, as very similar side to Pelles reign was there called by Moyes... What made the difference then??? Mentality?? Confidence??? ...

Congratulations to the new gaffer, made up for him.
Delighted, obviously. Best display of the season for me.
Annoyed that the players couldn't have put this sort of effort in during the last 9 games, but it happens I suppose.
Noble, with a captain's display, worth more than that sodding letter to the fans, let his football do the talking and led by example.
Rice, simply magnificent, dominated the entire midfield and what a ball for Anderson's goal. Superb.
Ogbonna my HOTY so far.. immense.
Haller's goal worth the entry fee alone, he worked his nuts off tonight.
Anderson, worked harder tonight than he has all season, glimpses of what we have been missing, happy he scored, still frustrating at times.
Snoddy never stops and showed real quality at times. Love him
Cressy worked hard, defended well. Big Tackle!!
Balbuena didn't put a foot wrong, except maybe not chinning Wilson at the end.
Fornals keeps on growing, could have had a brace, is a real asset to this team.
Fredericks, lovely cross for the goals full of running, but a weak link in the side if I'm being honest.
Fabianski an easy night for a change, deserved.
But..
Did we just use up our seasons worth of luck in one game?

14 attempts on goal, 7 on target. When was the last time we managed that? Under the other bloke, we were managing about 2 a game, if we were lucky. Useless prick he was

Obviouslly very pleased with the performance and result but ............
Disappointed with how little effort we put in over the last month or so compared to tonight !!

Was it Kevin Kilbane? (not sure) Embarrassing himself though, ridiculous stance he took. Don't see it was a foul.

Forget how bad Bournemouth were for a moment..
We were brilliant. The biggest difference was how much more the players were running and working all over the pitch. We pressed so much higher and were so much more committed. So refreshing to see!
There will be bigger challenges, but a great start.

Funny old game - after 15 mins we were about to leave. Thought we looked boring, crowd was flat everything was negative - then we clicked into gear and everything was different.

Re: ⚽ West Ham United v Bournemouth: Match thread (01/01)
We created many more chances by forcing play down the wings and putting crosses is.
Cresswell and Fredericks provided width, Noble, Snodgrass, Fornals and Anderson all went wide as well. When one of the midfielders pushed wide, the wide player tucked in to protect us from the counter and recycle any clearances.
A very good performance and tactical that suited us better.
Couldn't figure out Masuaku's position when he came on, seemed like Fornals, Snodgrass, Noble and Anderson were switching over all game as well.
