Ended up being a blowout. Assuming championship games go the way they’re supposed to go, those are 4 strong teams for the playoffs. They’d probably all beat the Giants. Kidding. Mostly.

In spite of the relatively close score up to now, LSU is beating the crap out of UGA. In every way. Especially physically. I’m expecting LSU will start pulling away halfway through the 3rd, and if they do they should finish the season #1 regardless what OSU does later.

Wisconsin dominating early. Not surprised but let’s see if they can keep it going.

I don't see any way OSU doesn't win it after that momentum-sucking missed FG for Wisconsin.

AM sure Rhule wishes he had switched to the freshman QB earlier.

S'ok. Don't want him to be too successful. Giants wouldn't be able to afford to lure him to the Meadowlands..

I ended up not being able to watch the second half until late night because of....life. Badgers ended up running out of steam, Bucks got a little help from the officials for one of their td's, but in the end they got the job done. I think the Clemson game might tilt a little toward the Tigers as long as Fields is banged up. If he can get himself a little closer to his regular mobility, it's a toss up of a game imo. LSU you should have little trouble getting past OU, imo.

Clemson deserves to be there but are an unknown because they really haven't played anyone this season. Love Ed Ogeron's spirit, but he's an unproven coach when it comes to big games. Guy is a nutter for sure, but everywhere he's been the kids have played hard for him:

And one of my all time favorite press conferences:

And speaking of atmosphere, the FCS playoffs are often a good watch. Montana s. Weber State on now, a great looking snow game out in beautiful Ogden, Utah.

LSU’s ripping OU apart. Complete mismatch when they’re on offense.

Where’d you boys go, Cuenca and BNY? It’s gone quiet here.

LSU could probably hit 100 pts in this game if they continue to press. 49 first half pts for them. This is ugly, ugly. They’ll have to be at least a 2 td favorite on the other 2 semi finalists.

I’m sorry, that targeting call on Crowley is absolute BS. You eject a player for that?? Wasn’t even a penalty let alone “targeting “. Make this sport flag football and get it over with already.

Calls are going against OSU. Bullsh*t targeting call gifts Clemson 7. Nullifying an OSU fumble return when it was a Clemson fumble takes away 7 from OSU. Dobbins td catch taken away as a dropped ball which was questionable, OSU loses 7. Beyond that they’ve shot themselves in the foot time 2 or 3 times.

Clemson better figure out a way to stop LSU on this first possession of the second half or it could all unravel for the team in the ugly uniforms.

Yep. As you were saying. LSU are playing downhill right now.

There were 3 or 4 instances where Clemson could have applied more pressure but really their offense couldn't get any consistency. And that was down to their own dysfunction, as there were a couple drives in the 2nd and 3rd quarter where the LSU defense didn't seem particularly up for it.

On the whole, a dominant performance for LSU. Well-deserved champions.
