After "that" interview I'd not take anything Moose says as gospel. Sounds like standard board santioned disruption tactics, get an "independent" to suggest it'll be a low number. Try and divide and conquer, put off as many as possible, don't fall for it.
I wonder if any radio talk show hosts are going to have a nice paid for meal today ?

I've cancelled my 40th birthday trip to Seville to be there with my brother.

There's no chance only 200 of us care enough to be there.
Fairplay 👍

Basically he has been told to say something nice about the board.... Noble will be next.
All part of the propaganda.

Careful what you wish for.

Now where have we heard that before?

If I was Moyes, I'd be more concerned about getting results on the pitch, rather than what's happening off it.

Making a fact sheet to hand out at games might help with getting the message across and help with the propaganda war.

A leaflet informing people of Sullivan’s lies, just brief bullet points with the facts, like our 10 year net spend compared to clubs like Brighton & Bournemouth, the strange sale of the Boleyn etc.

People love truths and facts.

Well I wasn't going to go to the protest or the game this weekend but I've changed my mind after all the b*llocks the owners have put out in the media this week - it's only wound everyone up more. Should be a good one tomorrow :scarfer:

Mega Ron,
Top man.

I think Moose's flippant dismissal of tomorrow's static demo will just act as a further rallying call to those that feel sick to the back teeth of the current regime.
The guy really is an idiot.

Superb, further evidence that these clowns don't know what they are doing, they would have been better off keeping schtum this week, but they couldn't help but try and get their sycophantic media mates to spin things their way, but instead have just managed to stir up more ill-feeling resulting in more bodies at the protest.

Ian Abrahams is an absolute goon. How he has a job in football I have no idea.

Sycophants, be they people who work for media outlets, football club focused websites or club created "fan engagement" constructs will always curry favour when they toe the company line and/or do their bidding.

I've seen that Dan Silver (former Sun/Mirror journalist) tweeted out saying how he supports the protest. He also shared the location of the march after I tweeted it to him. I guess he hasn't received some sort of hamper in the post unlike Moose/Inkersole.

I haven't had a season ticket since I gave it up after one season but will be there tomorrow.

I hope that this is the beginning - the media **** show which has happened over the past few days has just shown how out of touch they really are with the supporters.

Part of the Talksport interview, transcribed by myself…

Comedy Gold Boycie;

“Nobody loved Upton Park more than me.

There are very people that can remember going back 70 years and those experiences.

I actually played, what 20 games, as a young player, actually at Upton Park.

You can imagine the wonderful experience for a young boy of 15, 16 to play at Upton Park.

Those memories will never leave me.

In actual fact, memories became really a part of the argument, in that when it was first muted that we were first interested in the Olympic Stadium and that we would have to.. …that would mean leaving Upton Park, my thoughts were, ‘I don’t want to leave Upton Park. All my memories, all my young life and a young man, all revolved around Upton Park.’

Then I suddenly realized, you know what? 90% of Upton Park is completely different to my early memories, you know? The Chicken Run has gone, the urinals have gone, erm, err, it has completely changed!

But my memories, I can just look into my mind, I can see the Chicken Run, I can see Ernie Gregory, I can see Parsons and Tucker… I can see these old great players. I can see Bobby Moore, I can see Martin Peters, then I can see Trevor Brooking and Devonshire, Alan Devonshire. They are there in my mind. You know what? We can leave Upton Park!”

Did he love Upton Park more than any West Ham fan when he had his arse plonked in his seat at St Andrews?

coyi51
Pre planned interview, far too friendly. Hopes and dreams, should have published a manifesto, then we would have known it was all just a pack of lies.

D Lee
Even if we had gone into administration and had points deducted and tumbled down the league's, with our fan base we would still bounce back at Upton park. Nobody loved Upton Park more than him....... Really, where was he for most of his life . It wasn't on the terraces with our fans. Jack walker loved his Club and did good on his hopes and dreams. Golds love is for business not our club. The moose a journalist😆

Timothy Thomas
Gonzo-All propaganda in order to present a different perception to the fans reality. It's basically what media, advertising, government and business overall practice to constantly disrespect, manipulate and control us, (the mob). It has worked in the past, will work now and in the future. "Moose" Abrahams is a pawn in this game. His mission (and he was prepared to accept it) was to appease a situation that has been emotionally charged. His job was to placate the fans. My question to you Gonzo, is why do you expect more from Gold and

This was a wonderful moment in all honesty. Basically he realised he had memories and he can recall them at will so it's ok to deny current and future generations of fans the same opportunity to create their own memories at our home. What a guy.

It is a bit, 'I'm alright Jack (Sullivan)'.

Thanks. I did look on KUMB news too but couldn't see it - maybe an idea to promote a news story today to make sure everyone knows.
