I feel Pickford having a howler will be our best bet of getting something from the game. He's due for one and we're due for a slice of luck.

Not sure we have the energy to keep this pressing play style up for 90 minutes, but I do like it

We're winning the ball high up the field but wasting it with **** passing or taking too long on the ball. Sort it out fgs we need to take something from this game

If we press intelligently we can. It is the Klopp super-pressing that is much more draining.Phoenix232 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 18, 2020 3:12 pm Not sure we have the energy to keep this pressing play style up for 90 minutes, but I do like it

Zabaleta has looked off the pace and misplaced a few passes so far.
We have looked a bit lightweight up front again

Commentator on the radio saying it's the worst start to a Premier league game he has seen all season.
Usually I feel gutted to be missing a game, today it is something akin to relief that I can't be there.

Christ, apparently Haller is 1st for most aerial duels won in the PL this season. Big Sam must be chuckling...

Haller should score there, all day. Dodgy first touch and poor finish.

Should have cut it back for Noble, granted I like that he wants to score rather than assist, that said you have to score if you are selfish
