Steve Bruce doing wonders at Newcastle.

Newcastle 1-0 Chelsea

Newcastle a team many expected to be relegated are going to be no where near the bottom 3, or likely 6.

Yep.. Defended superbly and caught them with the sucker punch.

Newcastle should be safe.

Man City have a penalty scrubbed off by VAR. Handball was deemed accidental. Makes the attacking version seem even more of an arse. The handball rules are mess
Apparently for one of Wolves' goals, the ball hit Traore's hand in the build-up, but it still stood. Worth checking MOTD to see if it's highlighted but if true it's an absolute travesty considering what happened to us.

Surely there are grounds for a legal challenge if the rules are not being applied consistently??

Just seen the Cook sending off on MOTD  What a save, think we missed a trick not signing him, would be an ideal stand in for when one of our keepers gets injured!

The alleged Traore handball for their third wasn't shown or discussed at all on MOTD...quelle surprise. What a joke

Because it wasn't handball?

Hope Leicester win this today, be handy if they pick up a few injuries as well!

This is not good news for us. If Burnley win this we could get the backlash on Wednesday.

He has been really good today. He usually is when im watching Burnley. Though he almost got that "slow motion movement", an indication that hes got to be very tall. :P

The relegation battle this year is going to be brutal and we need to fight tooth and nail for every single game. Without some proper quality reinforcements this month (especially in midfield) we're going to struggle

Sky have annoyed me already.

The usual cringeworthy’and it’s live’ from Martin Tyler seemed to be over prolonged, then instead of cutting to the usual quick ad, we get the bin dipper ensemble’s anthem.

Newcastle and Burnley turned tight games into sneaky wins...it’s really what we needed to do Yesterday...

We need to go and win at Leicester.
