When our cats became old enough to go into the garden for the first time, one of them went straight to a big round flower pot and jumped on it, arched his back so that he point his arse towards the dirt and proceeded to do his business. It took him a little while to work out that outside you didn't have to do it in something that kind of resembled a litter tray.

We have a Shark cordless hoover at home, had it for just over two years, but recently it has lost suction, gave Shark a call, no messing, Brand new hoover arrived in the post the next day.

My missus has one too and took it back to shop after 6 months when it did the same.

They gave her a brand new one too, makes you think though is it because there is some fault in the bloody things that they give a new one so easily

No, it’s because they cost about £8 to manufacture.

Welcome back Dan, pity you didn't ditch that awful moniker and just call yourself Philly Dan. :)

By the way I took your suggestion before you left and bought that sonic toothbrush you were raving about, it was so good my whole family are using them now. Thanks for the tip mate.

Wonder what goes wrong for them to suddenly lose all suction?
That is its primary function!
