Re: The KUMB Podcast returns!
Listened to the second podcast and tone carried on where the last left off - really enjoy the mix of analysis and passion which makes it feel unique. Brightened up a Saturday morning when the rest of the day will be focused on mother-in-law's birthday......
Also, cheers for the call-out lads

Re: The KUMB Podcast returns!
Recorded last night, this week we chat Everton, Genk and Spurs, looking mostly at:
The goalkeepers (again)
Set pieces
Stuttering individuals
Declan Rice
and I annoy Jack by saying we haven't been that good in the last three wins.
...and yes, this is me plugging the podcast and bumping the thread.

Re: The KUMB Podcast returns!
Here I go again.
This week we talk wonderful results, the brilliance of two academy products, the travails of the away fans at Villa park and winning the League Cup.

Re: The KUMB Podcast returns!
Thank you, Boss! This week it’s mainly how much I love Pablo Fornals, Liverpool chat and what the hell was Genk?

Re: The KUMB Podcast returns!
Great pod again guys and a welcome diversion from re-painting my daughters room!!
As ever, loved the balance of content and analytics.
Think we had the first thing that I disagreed with though - whilst he didn’t have a good game i thought you were tough on Areola. Didn’t think he had a chance with the second and thought he did a couple of things well (right position for the headers on goal and off his line against Ito twice). Granted should have done better for the goal - but Diop’s role didn’t get much of a mention. Wonder what your thoughts are whether we’ll make Areola perm?
On the flip side i expected you to rip into Masuaku for being all over the place positionally as well as execution (appreciate the instructions didn’t help) but he looked poor for 75% of the game imo. Perhaps this is why I’ve never managed to see the game well enough to get a job in football!

Re: The KUMB Podcast returns!
Really enjoying these, well done to everyone.
I don't know why but they seem to appear on my podcast app (podbean) several days after they do on here. I only got the Villa one yesterday, I think.

I'll be honest, KH, I didnt even know Podbean existed, but I'll mention it to Jack and see if he knows (cos if anyone can sort it, it's him)Korea Hammer wrote: ↑Fri Nov 12, 2021 5:05 pmReally enjoying these, well done to everyone.

Re: The KUMB Podcast returns!
To those lovely listeners we have, must apologise for a little bit of a slowdown with the podcast.
I won't say too much, but things out of our control are making it hard to have any definite consistency with things at the moment. Hopefully, we will be able to do what we can to keep some things ticking over and get back in time, but I cant promise anything and wouldn't want to with things as they are.

Re: The KUMB Podcast returns!
Somehow (and I really don't know how) we've got back with only a week gap! And we've rescued it so all you'll have missed was a Wolves preview, which I think we can all agree we don't need any more!
This week:
The KUMB Podcast - The Intangibles of Football
What Happened at Wolves?!
A Rapid Look at Vienna and City
Bonus Audio-Only Transfer Chat (strikers and centre backs)
For audio platforms - http://hyperurl.co/9kcivb
And for those who like seeing some faces -
(No transfer target analysis on the YouTube)

Re: The KUMB Podcast returns!
Really enjoyed this again, well done to all concerned. A lot of podcasts are too short or a bit superficial, but I really love the detail you go into. I must admit, the tactical analysis has made me look at things totally differently too. Keep up the great work!
n.b. Coufal should be back in the first 11 though, you're all wrong on that one, I'm afraid
