Re: "Invalid form" error message
Negative on my side too guv'nor.
However is this not happening at the same time each day? This could be a red herring, but it seems around about lunchtime and into the early afternoon I get the error, either when logging in or where I am logged in on my phone I can't post. Come 4 ish its okay and I can log in and make this post.

Re: "Invalid form" error message
Latest thing for me is I'm seeing a "We Value Your Privacy" message every time I click on a screen.

Make sure you're using https, not http.Plashet Grove Pete wrote: ↑Mon Nov 15, 2021 5:59 pm Latest thing for me is I'm seeing a "We Value Your Privacy" message every time I click on a screen.
ie
Code: Select all

I've updated the OP in this thread with the current solution. This should resolve the issue for everyone.

Re: "Invalid form" error message
Without wishing to tempt fate, the invalid form message has gone away over the last couple of days.
However, now I get logged out virtually every time I change from one forum to another (I would have said "every" rather than "virtually every", but it didn't happen coming into this forum, which I think is the first time over the last day or 2 when I haven't been logged out

Re: "Invalid form" error message
Try the fix in the OP if it returns, Kludge. This is 99.9% down to your browser and caching/cookies.Kludgehammer wrote: ↑Tue Nov 16, 2021 2:42 pmHowever, now I get logged out virtually every time I change from one forum to another (I would have said "every" rather than "virtually every", but it didn't happen coming into this forum, which I think is the first time over the last day or 2 when I haven't been logged out

Re: Solved: 'Invalid' notice/privacy note
Manually updating all old bookmarks and links to https has solved the complete headfuck of “we respect your privacy” on my iPhone

Re: Solved: 'Invalid' notice/privacy note
Problem seems to be fixed for me in the last few days. Had a good moan when it wasn’t working, so seems only fair to give some positive feedback

Re: Solved: 'Invalid' notice/privacy note
fwiw, definitely not solved for me. Can't log in from phone or ipad. None of the tricks that were working work now, and it still happens on imac too, every 3rd time or so,

Have you followed every step in the OP of this thread accurately, Pete?
Your post suggests you're either viewing a cached version of the site or logging in via http, not https.

Re: Solved: 'Invalid' notice/privacy note
The fix worked OK for a couple of days, but the invalid form problem is back again. I cleared cache, deleted cookies, closed browser, tried to log in from the forum list page and it still wouldn't let me in. Left it for an hour, now it's let me in again
