This is the real Antonio, he’s a decent player but that’s all he is. He isn’t this superstar centre forward that he seems to have been made out to be.

Arsenal had our number that half. Lots of energy, stretching us out and making our 2 CB's (who aren't as good as Og and Zouma on the ball) play it out.

The plan would've been to get an early lead, then take their foot off the gas and keep the ball whilst limiting our counter.

It should've worked, but didn't. The 2nd half will be very different. Lanzini needs to do what he does best, and use his skill to take a player or two of theirs out of the game.

Agree Antonio has been poor, but so has his service.

Arsenal won't have the energy to keep this up, and Moyes will make the tweaks needed to get us on a level footing.

Not sure what Moyes can do here. We're getting battered. Maybe put Alese in and switch to a back 3? Get Masuaku away from the back line. He's getting murderized. And I think Manu is having a rough day as well. And Antonio. Unless 4 or 5 or 6 of these players raise their energy levels and get stuck in more, we aren't taking anything from this game.

Games like this would be ideal if we had another forward. And Antonio was utilised RW so we can counter with pace.

I know Antonio is having a poor game, but the reality is he is very isolated.

For me we need to take Lanzini off. He's playing too deep, taking the ball off Declan when he should be further up the pitch. Worse still, when he does get the ball at in our half most of his passes are then sideways or backwards, so he is adding to the pressure we are under.

I'd hook him for Benny or Vlasic
