All these postponements are disgraceful and I would be embarrassed if it was West Ham begging to call games off like Arsenal.

Its also another example of how the powerful people don't think of the fans. There will be thousands of fans who have made arrangements - travel, hotels, days off, etc to attend the game. Who will be helping these fans out when they are out of pocket?
The official Arsenal statement says they regret that the Premier League has postponed the game.
They don't mention they appealed to the Premier League to postpone it!

“We are disappointed to announce that Sunday’s north London derby at Tottenham Hotspur has been postponed.
We know how much this match means to our fans around the world, but the Premier League has made the decision to postpone the match, due to many players across our squad currently being unavailable as a result of COVID-19, existing and recent injuries, in addition to players away with their countries at AFCON."

From what I gather, they assess if you have enough players from your nominated 25-man squad, and any U-21 players that have made first team PL apps this season.
So there's an incentive not to play youngsters if you can avoid it!
As well as this is a chance to give youngsters PL experience - everyone is always bemoaning that they don't get a chance these days - well no wonder if a match gets postponed rather than let them sit on the bench. Arsenal had 14 Premier League players fit - how is that not enough?

And from what I gather, only one reported COVID absence!

Norwich winning against Everton, taxi for Rafa. They start poorly again! Lovely OG from Keane.

Everton relegation a possibility? Lose this and surely they are in the mix.

2-0 now!! Terrible from Everton, gave it away twice in attack and never tracked the runner.

Sadly I don't think current bottom 4 are capable of getting enough points to put Everton in real trouble, run watching them squirm though.

Somewhere near Birmingham, a Frenchman is sitting with a smile on his face.

Makes our victory on Wednesday look a bit better, and yes Everton are getting dragged into a relegation battle. Cheeky bid for Calvert Lewin?

Watching both Norwich and Newcastle games and baring Norwich's excellent break for their second goal I reckon there will be more quality and organisation on display in under 10 games being played everywhere this afternoon. What makes it more annoying is that these players between them earn more in a week then I'll ever see in my lifetime.

Everton are SO lucky they had their good start to the season otherwise they’d be in deep, deep crud already.

I’m at Lewes v Merstham.

Another fine goal from Tanner whom bigger fish are eyeing up.

Barry Hayles playing for Merstham at nearly 50. Got a lot of time for the bloke.

100% yes. We would be foolish not to.

I’m not arguing that Everton are poor, but Norwich with essentially the same team, have literally played Everton off the park through the first half hour.

Ngakia having a good game for Watford, taking corners as well (a couple of decent ones). Dealing well with Saint-Maximin thus far.
