What does Kral have to do to get a game ?
Or - what has he done to not get a game ?
If he’s not rated as good enough then fare enough, but then terminate the loan and let us move on from this mystery and put the player out of his misery - because he can’t be happy with the situation.
Of the limited game time he’s played (Man Utd & D.Sagreb) he hasn’t looked to bad imo.

Bloke might as well go home. He’s not impressing Moyes (or there is some other reason.) We were crying out for a holding midfielder today, defence was terrible but they could have done with some protection.

He’ll be behind Coventry and Ekwah in the pecking order next!

If he couldn’t shield that defence any better than Lanzini did today then he must be bloody awful!

I’m not having it. The blokes a proper midfielder and an athlete. He plays international football in a good side. I’ve seen him play. I’m sure most of us have.

I refuse to believe he couldn’t have done a job in there today. There’s more than meets the eye here and it’s costing us points.

Wonder if there's a guaranteed purchase clause in his contact linked to games or minutes?

If so, and it has already been reached after 5 games across all competitions then he should be let return to Spartak.

Today raises serious questions about his role, particularly as two CDM style players were absent, yet not only was he called upon to start, he never got off the bench at all when Lanzini might have been pushed forward. And if he is not trusted, or Moyes doesnt have him him in his plans, then he should also be let go back to Spartak, and a new alternative be purchased or loaned, in line with what Moyes wants. The world and its mother knows Lanzini is not a CM, so how he ended up in the Soucek role, when (on paper) there is an obvious alternative is bizarre.

Might as well pack him off back home. Clearly not fancied or we're avoiding contract clauses like the plague.

Whatever the situation it’s stupid. If we brought him in with clauses that mean we don’t want to play him, then what was the point? Just means we don’t have proper cover in midfield.

If Moyes think it’s better to play Lanzini there than it’s stupid.

The situation needs to change. Either cancel it and bring someone in who will play or actually play him. There’s no way a Czech International midfielder in his position is worse than Lanzini there.

I’d like to be the first to point out that a purchase obligation that triggers after only five appearances [some of which may be 1-2 minutes in length] is pretty much the dumbest business decision that has ever been made.

There is absolutely no way that we have agreed to that. He is not being left out of the side for that reason.

Why not? The same useless owners did something similar with Zaza.

It wasn't only five games for Zaza though was it? And we were absolutely right to do it for him.

Absolutely, but 10 or 15 games could be a reasonable deal.
With at least 19 games left to play he may be needed later on, why play him now if we don't want to buy when we have other senior players available.
Not my opinion just guessing as to why he may not be playing.
Obviously could be that Moyes doesn't fancy him, in which case let him go back or elsewhere.

Maybe he’s just not good enough, and hasn’t shown the manager in training why he deserves a go.

It happens.

Is it possible that he's being left out because, he isn't up to the standard that Moyes expected, and requires of any of his players.

He did get Covid. I’m no virologist but very little is known about long term issues from this illness.

I think it’s more likely his ability on the ball that’s the issue.

If he was suffering badly with covid he wouldn’t be on the bench, or if it was affecting his endurance Moyes would at least bring him on to close out a game.

I haven’t seen much of him but he did look rather limited on the ball and if anything his engine seemed to be his best attribute.

Everything simply points to Moyes not rating Kral.

I hope people remember the lessons of Fornals and Benrahma, and show a bit of patience with these new signings. This is team-building for the future as well as this season.
One of the first posts of this topic. Good advice, but why isn't he getting any game time - even when we are short and so poor?
I know we're all wondering this.

Is his loan with an obligation to buy (as I thought), or option? Or neither?
The only rational explantion (that occurs to me) is that it must be option to buy after x appearances, and he's not shown enough progress in trainingyet for Moyes to want to commit to signing him permanently.
