Bruno Fernandes [45]
Mohamed Salah [40]
Michail Antonio [35]
Jack Grealish [32]
Trent Alexander-Arnold [32]
Bernardo Silva [31]
Kevin De Bruyne [29]
Arthur has to be in there surely?

Or is this one of those namby pamby cherry-picked stats where it only includes chances created for your own team?

Truth is no one actually knows.

That's because Moyes is very good at cutting out all the crap smoke and mirrors and razzle dazzle from the Dildo Daves like before.

Since Moyes came back we have signed quite a few that nobody even knew we were in for and I am hoping this is the case again this time.

If it turns out we have signed no one, well then it's Sully up to his old tricks again of undermining the manager and if that happens watch a club offer Moyes a way out and see him jump at it.

I wouldn't blame him if that happens.

It's not so much the chances created but the chances he has. He's way out in the lead.

Whether that's a good or a bad thing is open to interpretation.

Saw something last month that said in terms of chances created for West Ham since 2016, Payet was still third. That lad was outrageously productive in his 18 months.

Does "winning" a penalty or free kick count as a chance created?

if so it's no wonder Grealish, Salah and Fernandes are up there.

As I have pointed out previously, Sparta are currently 3rd in their League snapping at the heels of their biggest rivals Slavia. Why would Kretinsky be interested in pi**ing off his own compatriots?

"Come to West Ham my friend. You probably won't play much for the first year as that's your settling in period but the dressing room is great and there's plenty of banter. If you're anything like me, you won't be asked to play in your favoured position very much. You'll probably play left-back and then get dropped again when it doesn't work very well. The fans will have an instant grudge against you as they'll think we should have bought a striker instead"

Out of the top 10, how many of those have been playing with sole and knackered striker for a full year?

Forgive me for this, but Spurs. They've been flogging Kane for years, and have only really been able to find success with a winger (Son) taking over striking duties in his absence. Sounds familiar.

If you think about it, if Antonio had never been injured before in his career it would still have been a gamble relying on just him,

but to take a chance on a player whose hamstrings have pinged almost to or three times a season keeping him out for months,

it actually beggars belief the risk they have been taking.

So, looks like the leaks from the club haven't dried up if EX knows already today that a meeting was had yesterday with bids going in and all rejected. That got back to him really quick

I genuinely hope I'm wrong but I think this is now turning into an exercise in "managing the fans expectations".

I think Moyes would rather wait until the summer, then let 4 go (Yarmo, Diop, Masuaku, Fredericks) + Noble and bring in 4.

I reckon he's gonna wait.

Will be a laugh when we finish outside the top 7 because Antonio either gets injured or the whole thing just goes stale because we didn't bring anyone in, only for Newcastle to then absolutely trump us financially in the summer.
